Fab product. Packaged incredibly well. Site strange when it came to checkout but could’ve been a glitch in system but wouldn’t proceed until about 4th attempt.

I found the website annoying
I found the website annoying. I wanted 6 bottles but everytime I tried to get 6, it gave me 1 and then if I tried the case of 6, I got 7. In the end I used an email and got 6.

Ordering some Wine
Smooth ordering and delivery process. I initially did a google search and saw the advert for the wine I was looking for. It was shown at a very competitive price and placed an order. Everything was smooth as silk and my delivery was very timely and packaged very well.

Product absolutely marvellous
Product absolutely marvellous; but the delivery with DPD not great. I opted to have my delivery sent to DPD drop off point (local supermarket) to do my bit in lowering transport carbon footprint.
The delivery went to the DPD depot and then after a few days was returned to sender with no explanation as to what the problem was; and then sent out again directly to me. Very frustrating.
