Easy to renew, but the price had increased
It was simple to renew my cover for another year. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the price for this year's cover had increased by over 6%, which is somewhat higher than the current rate of inflation.

As a new author and self-publisher, I recently took part in my first selling event. Just days before, I found out I needed liability insurance — something I hadn’t planned for. Thankfully, CMTIA made the process incredibly easy. Within a few clicks, I had exactly what I needed. The site was clear, the instructions were simple, and the whole experience was refreshingly straightforward.
And the price? Hands down the best I found — affordable, but it didn’t feel cheap. The whole service felt solid and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Having that peace of mind meant I could focus on the event itself — and because of that, it was a success.
