Shopping with Cobra Gardens was seemless. The website information was clear and ordering was easy. Delivery was next-day and repackaging strong and intact. Thank you.

Prompt, next day delivery.

I purchased a LT86HRL ride in mower direct from Cobra in April at the start of the 2026 growning season. The machine was cheaper than my local dealer offered and came with free delivery. I have been delighted with this quiet, comfortable lawn tractor. It's been far superior in so many ways than the much more expensive John Deere X300 that had previously owned and used from new. The Cobra is so much smoother, more comfortable, great features like arm rests and grab handles, also it's easy to adjust cut height and the simple one press reverse switch when cutting blades engaged is a delight. Except, I would have preferred it on the righthand side swopping it with the headlight switch. Overall it is a really good machine that cuts very well and very enjoyable to use.

Very good service and fast delivery arrived next day as stated.well packaged looking forward to using my new rotavator.W0uld recomend to anyone who asked where i got it.

Quick delivery.
Easy to use

I already had the 24v strimmer whitch I'm very pleased with and so it was a natural choice to get a hedge trimmer that had the same battery and was light enough yet robust enough to do the job.that combined with the speed of service and competitive price impeled me to buy it.

Very speedy delivery and straightforward website.

Bought a cobra multi tool a couple of weeks ago and machine started first time.had cobra tools before and are a good budget tool.I had an issue with the air filter casing where it came off and I lost it in a hedge.gave the customer services a call and explained what had happened and they replaced the air filter casing and sponge straight away .range them yesterday and the part was delivered this morning. First class customer service.

I didn’t receive my order. The courier delivered to the wrong address. Still not returned the money i paid. Its been 2 weeks now.

Delivered next day as stated. Only tried on short section of hedge so far. Seems to do the job well enough. Big hedge to tackle when the weather cools down so will see how well it deals with it.

Lovely mower as the rear roller was a must have.
Solid machine.
Would buy again.

Excellent customer care and very happy with the product , thanks Cobra 🙂

Cobra make great statement about how all their 40v battery machines use the same battery and are therefore interchangeable. This is not true!!! In March I bought a MX4340 40v mower, which is fine, but I have just purchsed a GT3240VZ 40v grass strimmer as I obviosly already have the battery and charger. But the battery does not fit, the fixing are a adifferent shape. I therefore feel that I have been conned by Cobra. When I rang them for an explanation they just put the phone down on me. Needless to say I will not ever touch Cobra again!!

Very quick delivery

No communication on delivery. Instruction booklet is vague at best. They recommend a Service company who seem to appear never to have heard of them too?
The Free cover for ride on mower wasn't supplied, I had to buy a battery charger for £50 too as battery was flat when delivered. I am not sure if I got a Like New product to be honest as wheels even had grass on!

Easy to order, and very helpful when I phoned to check stock before ordering
