Cobra Cordless Scarifier only used twice... dead battery!
Obviously you don't use a scarifier that often but be aware, keep the battery charged! as once it goes flat its dead and it will cost you £134 to replace.
Tried contacting them, whilst sales are very polite and appear to want to help. The 'customer care line' number they give you puts you in a waiting room and eventually an answering machine kicks in but they never phone you back.
Very poor after sales service...

I love the lawnmower. However upon inspection I realised that the tines on the turf rake had been installed the wrong way round. So I had to deconstruction those elements and fix it. I feel like there was a lack of quality control etc before it left Cobra/Henton & Chattell which for a £1600 lawnmower is a bit of a disappointing service

I researched the machine that I needed and found that Cobra provided the best value. The delivery was fast and successful and Customer Services have been positively responding to my queries.

Always had good service with purchase’s arriving promptly and items being as advertised. Only criticism being they advertise next day delivery which should read next “working” day delivery as I ordered some batteries on a Saturday and received them on the following Tuesday.

Cobra have refused to sell me any of their 40Vmax equipment without a battery and charger. This despite their "ONE battery fits all" strapline. I already have 3 batteries and 2 chargers so they are promoting practices that are contrary to a sustainable planet.

I bought the Cobra MX460S40VX MAX+ and all I can honestly say is to forget the rest of the cordless mowers that's on the market.

The Cobra MX460S40VX MAX+has to be one of the best purchases that I've ever had the pleasure of buying and the battery run time, simply runs circles around its competitors.

Yes the batteries are very expensive but they last 3 to 4 times longer than all of my other cordless mowers that I've purchased in the past

I only have one minor complaint (which I'm not even going to deduct any stars from this review) and that's to do with the selfdrive speed, it's slow and maybe a little to slow for some people however I think that this is to all do with the amazing battery power management hence why the batteries last so long in these machines

The Cobra MX460S40VX MAX+ battery management will also increase and decrease the speed of your cutting blade so when it recognises that you are cutting longer grass the motor for the blades will speed up incredibly fast and slow right down when the grass thickness and hight is lower, leaving you with an even cut lawn and saving you valuable battery power.

I wanted to do a review on this mower on my YouTube Tech channel (@all-the-gear-and-no-idea-uk) but sadly its been stolen before I had the chance (obviously someone out there has a brilliant free mower now)

A easy 5/5 star review and I'm happy to recommend this to anyone that is looking for the best of the best cordless mower

Very happy with the leaf blower which is put to good use in the apiary to clear bees rather than leaves! Not too heavy and easy to control speed with one hand whilst holding onto a heavy super full of honey.

Website is easy to use delivery was quick My kids 14&15 have a little grass cutting/gardening business where they go around our town and surrounding villages helping people with their gardens on their bikes with trailers attached and all the equipment on the trailers this is their 3 season now and they brought this mower themselves with no help whatsoever from me (their dad ) all the equipment they have they have paid for themselves most second hand but they are slowly buying things new but they said this mower is a beast handles any kind of job big or small they love it and would definitely recommend. You are more then welcome to sponsor them if you want with some new gear 🤣 all jokes aside we are extremely proud of them because you don’t this anymore thank you again
