I have a Cobra powered wheeled strimmer just over a year old. It’s a good machine but 6 months ago it needed a replacement clutch cable. It was first going to take 4 months, then an another month, and then another month. So 6 months waiting, and still waiting, for a part for a machine which is still being sold. Extremely poor customer service and I would have thought that after all this time they could have extracted one from the pipeline.

Ordering fairly simple, delivery next day so no complaints. You Tube channel is a benefit and I have a local dealer who can handle warranty and returns. My only issue is the strimmer instructions do not match the product and the images are pixelated and unusable. Thankfully the online videos are spot on.

Bought this great lawnmower. First one arrived with the connecting wire broken. Replaced with no quibble at all - couldn't have been more helpful.
I'm and OAP and its light, easy to put together and powerful, it coped with my large garden with no problem.

Lawmmower gearbox broke after several years of use.Product was serviced every season. Purchased and had a new gearbox fitted. Broke again on first cut!! I emailed the customer service support with pictures to show issue - nothing!!
Phoned twice, with the promise of a return call. Nothing!!
Appreciate the warranty only covers for 2 years, but the aftersales is pretty poor and I'd expect the product to last much longer than just beyond the warranty period.
Disappointed as pleased with the machine, but customer service is absolutely terrible, so not buying from them again!! Beware!!

Very helpful and quick to respond to our order for a cordless lawnmower. Unfortunately the courier let them down by taking an extra day to deliver.

The lawnmower is good - just getting used to the lightness after having had a metal petrol mower for a long time.
