For the first time in nearly 3 years, my order was unexpectedly delayed, causing me anxiety. However, it was resolved and an emergency supply was sent until the shipment was received. Normally, Comfort would get 5 stars, but this hiccup was concerning because the shipment arrived almost a month after the order was placed. Great people to work with and they get it right.

They said on the phone that it was no problem to ship to a secondary address, but couldn't manage to actually do it.
And since they use a cheap shipping company, my order was left out on the street in the middle of the city.
When I try to call to clear it up, I get sent either to voicemail or an answering service.

I have tried numerous times to contact someone to update insurance information and update order details. No one has contacted me but you have started sending me invoices for product that has been covered previously.

I did receive my order in a timely fashion.

Your company entered my insurance info incorrectly, delaying my order processing & delivery. After weeks & many calls, I finally received a partial delivery. I was down to 1 colostomy bag & no one would step up to take ownership of my account & fix the error. I still have not heard back from anyone letting me know that my account has been corrected on your end. Your company has made their terrible experience of having a colostomy even more stressful. Anyone want to step in & help? We’ve asked this to be escalated many times.

I had called to have an order placed on hold so I could try a different bag that was being sent to me to try from Coloplast but the order was sent out anyway so I ended up with a three month of supply of bags that I may not want if the other bag works out better. I called and spoke with David at comfort Medical and told him of the problem and he had Kate, a customer service agent call me and set up a return. Fed Ex came two days later and picked up the pouches. Was so grateful for such wonderful customer service. David and Kate represent your company well.

Up until this month I would’ve given the company five stars because delivery was always on time and always complete. But this month the shipment arrived with the STATLOCK Foley Stabilization Device box missing.
Fortunately, I have enough left over from previous shipments to carry me through for a while.

Impossible to communicate with.
I’ve been on hold for as long as 30 minutes before hanging up and this has happened numerous times in the last eight months, and the same recorded message saying the phone system is being upgraded is a joke.

Product was delayed briefly & I was notified via email. I love dealing with Comfort Medical!!

The company is great. The delivery from FedEx has been horrible. The driver doesn't follow delivery instructions. I ask that delivery be left beside the front door and ring the door bell. The only reason I knew my supplies were delivered was I heard the box hit the concert when he threw it. It was not at the door but at the end of the house in the hot sun. I would have given a 5 star review if not for FedEx.
