Absolutely love the bed and very high quality materials. The instructions however were very complicated and I’m not sure the ones I received were for the bed I ordered as the instructions weren’t lining up with the materials and parts I received.

It would have been great to have some clearer instructions and maybe a video?

Now that I have managed to build it, I love the new bed!!

Great value for money and bed was delivered on time within 4 weeks. No issues with bed and it looks exactly like picture. However the instructions to build are really unclear, they need better written instructions as well as photos to illustrate. The photos are quite small to view on phone and the photos themselves don't show enough to understand what to do

We were really excited to get our bed and waited a while for delivery. When it was installed we realised the photos looked really different to the actual footboard. The one they supplied was squared at the end and the photo was rounded. This was the whole reason we ordered the bed - the photos looked good quality. When we contacted them they gaslit us into thinking the photos were just angled and the fabric was brushed…. So my partner (who made the order) got in touch and complained. After a back and forth and then saying it’s just how it’s photographed they offered us £150 back or a new footboard. Obvs we wanted the footboard correctly done so chose that.

When it was delivered and fitted it now sticks out so bad since it was made separate. It cost us £1000 and we expect more. Also the legs of the bed are a rubbish plastic. It’s not quality.

I have ordered a sofa bed from Comodo living almost 1 year ago for my son. There's a good selection of swatches, customer communication though could be slightly more prompt, however the bed itself and the installation were done tidy and perfectly.
The mechanism works perfect, quality of bed is on the level of luxury Italian bed style - my son loves it. the colour is not affected by anything and material is easy to take care of. It's been perfect from all angles.

Bed looks great, delivery was fast and efficient. Abdul and Ernie were very considerate in moving the bed and assembling it.

Erine and Abdul were fabulous and so so quick at putting up a bed. Thank you guys

Really pleased with the time to delivery, quality and design of the bed. Excellent delivery by Saf and Irfan who rang ahead of arrival to give an ETA, arrived when they said they would and were very respectful in my home. A really good experience and I would definitely buy from this company again.

Bed frame is stunning and just what I wanted a real statement in my room.
Ordered the savannah bed on black friday with a delivery timeframe of 3-4 weeks. I received an email on the 19th December the bed was scheduled for 17th Jan delivery and apologising for lack of communication which meant I had been waiting for 7 weeks, luckily this did not impact me too much. I was given a time slot and communicated on the day with how far away the delivery driver was meaning i could pop out of work without needing to wait around. The bed was delivered without feet but I spoke to Alex and he got them sent out on the monday and they arrived 5 days after the bed was delivered.

We have had perfect communication with Comodo Living, and really pleased with the quality of the bed, the fast delivery and the delivery men Asim and Arfan who delivered and assembled the bed so quickly and so professionally.

Thank you to everyone involved. Will definitely use Comodo again.

I recently bought a « Marshmallow » bed from Comodo Living, and I am absolutely in love with this bed! This is truly a premium custom made piece.

I had lots of difficult requests - I ordered many different samples, decided to change colour after ordering, asked for the bed to be made smaller - all my demands were executed perfectly.

The fabric is super soft and of great quality, the structure feels very strong. If you are looking for a stand out piece that is custom made, I would totally recommend Comodo Living.

I ordered a bed at the end of November after being told this was 2-3 week lead time as all beds are made to order.

I was assured at the time of ordering I would receive the bed in time for Christmas as I had guests staying only to be told at a later after I progressed the order that I would only be guaranteed delivery before Christmas if I paid an extra £100 express delivery charge which I believe to be misrepresentation and appalling customer service. Even though the product is great and good quality I would not recommend using this company due to their poor customer service.

I ordered a custom made children's bed and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It looks and feels comfortable. My little one absolutely loves it.

We have been so impressed by our experience, from making little tweaks to the quality of the bed. Will definitely be recommending Comodo to our friends and family.

Amazing service, lots of communication with me regarding delivery time, delivery guys were super nice, respectful, and put the bed together in 15 minutes. Perfect no problem at all. We had an absolute brilliant experience with Comodo Living. We received the bed really quickly and are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the bed. Alex always kept in contact and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The delivery team messaged us to say they couldn’t deliver the bed until the following day which was no issue at all.
