Whitespace T/As Confetti are a complete scammer group, which is legally operating in the UK, they are no better than the Indian call centers. They offer a completely free trial, no commitment necessary, then bill you for over £2000 for a years contract. They don't reply to queries, never send leads, and the supposed portal is not live. Trading Standards really needs to shut down this company.

We’re sorry to read your review, but we strongly refute the suggestion that Confetti or The Whitespace Group operates fraudulently or as a “scam”.
Our three-month free trial provides businesses with advertising across our digital platforms without any upfront payment, deposit or credit card details being required. The Order Form, Terms and Conditions and supporting information provided when signing up clearly explain the duration of the free trial, the charges that apply afterwards and the requirement to opt out before the trial expires if a business does not wish to continue.
Businesses do not need to rely on contacting a member of our team to opt out. An OPT OUT CODE can be obtained online at any point during the free trial, and our Customer Services team is also available to assist where required.
We also disagree with the suggestion that no advertising service is provided. Businesses receive advertising across our digital platforms during the trial, with the opportunity to showcase their business to couples planning their weddings. As with any form of advertising, however, we cannot guarantee that exposure will result in a particular number of enquiries or bookings.
If you believe there has been a specific issue with your advertising being live or with communications from our team, we would encourage you to contact us with your business details so that we can investigate your account and address those concerns directly.
We welcome genuine feedback about our service, but allegations of fraud are extremely serious and are not an accurate representation of how our business or free trial operates.
