Every now and again, you come across a company with exceptional service and exceptional people - Construction Supplies are an amazing company to work with. Service was exceptional from all staff. A true 5 star service.

Dan Wilson and Dolce Needham are both super efficient and responded to my emails really fast.

I price-compared across multiple websites for our desired antique brass door handles, turn and releases, and matching hinges. These were by far the best price and stock levels - nice to be able to get everything we needed in one place.

It’s the first time using construction supplies hardware limited (online order). Extremely competitive prices (Don’t think they can be beaten on price) for what I needed (door handles, hinges, locks and latches etc…). In addition to their competitive prices, they also offer a volume discount (based on purchasing 3 or 8 or 12 of the same item) which is amazing. Website it seamless and your are able to find everything if you know what you are after. Super speedy delivery by DPD (next day delivery from dispatch). Upon inspection there were a few defects, so I emailed Dan with photos showing the defects, who was extremely responsive and received the replacements the next day (less than 24 hrs in my case). Extremely happy and grateful with the level of customer service I have received. If I’m being totally honest, I haven’t ever experienced this level of customer service before. I will be certainly using this company again. I would also strongly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation, as I don’t think you can beat this company on price and customer service.

Ordered a single door handle. Payment taken and waited on order.
Payment refunded with no explanation and price nearly tripled (£7.20 to £23.40!).
Avoid.

First time ordering from this supplier. I purchased 10 door stops, payment was taken and didn't hear anything for 1 week so emailed, waited a week, no response. Went onto their site and submitted a support ticket and was told that the order had been cancelled 2 days after the purchase due to incorrect listing and that I had been refunded but it was still showing as "payment taken" on their portal even though the order had been cancelled, no one had told me.

I was told that it had been refunded, it had not, I asked them to check again and they forwarded through to their accounts department who then refunded it.

Very poor customer experience, disappointed not to be told proactively that the stock was unavailable or to be proactively contacted to be offered an alternative. The support site showed an incorrect order status was also confusing, I hope they can fix this. I would have also expected a response to the email. Once I logged a ticket the response was fast but they incorrectly told me I had been refunded, it would have been good for them to have checked this.

My experience with Construction-supplies.

I Enquired about stock availability on several products via their online chat function on the website. Dan was extremely helpful and efficiently provided confirmation of everything being in stock.
Good prices so I immediately placed an order online at 3:30pm on 25th Jan free delivery and I received the parcel safely within 18 hours!

Really pleased with my kitchen hardware. Hands down the best price I could find but the service was also excellent.
I ordered the wrong sized handles (oops) but they took them back no problem.
When I reordered the correct size they were delivered quickly and well packaged.
