I requested a refund and they refunded me within an hour . Thanks consulting.com . Now waiting for money to be transferred to my bank account as they said it will take 5-10 days .

Company Does Not Respond to Emails
[Update addressing company reply:
I sent 8 emails between the 8th & 14th September to 4 different company email addresses, (I have records), including the support address. I still haven't received a single reply.
Also, I am certainly not being assisted via WhatsApp as the app is not available in my region]
I tried to purchase their system, but the site wouldn't accept my card type, (even though it should be supported). Since then, I've been emailed at least 15 times in 5 days.
I've replied to about half of the emails, from different team members, and despite saying that they'll reply if you email them back, I'm yet to receive a reply. Not a single reply in 5 days.
Very disappointed.

I gained some useful tips and knowledge to apply in my business startup and how I can integrate digital business tools in my business model. Although I am not financially ready to invest in monetize.
