Contrado US Avis 

So I was Very Happy with the Experience I had with Contrado. I will say that the Quality of the Sweatshirt could have been Heavier (it's a very light more of a style sweatshirt then warmth)... however you really don't have many options When it comes to a Custom Printed Sweatshirt.... Especially without ordering an extremely high quantity like 6+ (x100 dollars = 600+). The Print Quality came out great. Exactly what I was looking for as a Gift for my Brother. We made a custom Twitch Sweatshirt with his Logo and Stream Name on it. The only issue Occured when The Automated product scan came back with a White Space Error. I suppose because It was a mostly White Sweatshirt. However After a Quick Email their Service team cleared up the issue and Got it Printed. And what was the most surprising thing was It came like 2 or 3 days after the issue had occurred. A Custom Printed Sweatshirt With Error arriving Faster than some Amazon Products is Actually incredible.

The one Note I will also add is we did the same thing and created a Gaming Jersey on another site. Contrado's system automatically recognizes when an image is too small and forces you to switch it before ordering. The System for the gaming jersey did not and sure enough two or three days after I had ordered it they came back with an email asking for a larger Logo (same one I used for a smaller arm logo on this shirt) because it was much larger and stretched out the dpi. I was able to do this however this obviously delayed the Production and shipment time. Something near Christmas is critical. I actually ordered That Jersey Prior to this Sweatshirt near the 1st of the month and while I have had the sweatshirt for Days now the Jersey is not going to arrive probably for another week. May not seem like a huge deal but not getting something for 2 or 3 weeks is kinda a bummer.

If your looking for a Custom Gifted Item or just a custom clothing option, I shopped around quite a bit and this is the best I could find. And after the quick service response's and Delivery I cannot recommend them enough.

The quilted pattern distorts most designs.

Also, it is worth noting that the fabric is so thin(even if they claim to be multi-layered) that If you hold any of these masks up to the light you will see holes and lots of light pouring through: that means it does absolutely nothing to protect you from spreading ANY germs, according to medical professionals. If you are looking to buy a face mask to protect you and others from spreading germs then I would buy elsewhere as these masks from Contrado are not medical grade(as they specified**).

***They have asked me to state these masks are just for style and provide NO protection or safety... Which I believe is important to repeat here so everyone can make an informed decision before spending money on something that does not assist in protection from germs.***

I would not recommend buying these masks unless you intend to fix them Yourself to make them safe enough(by adding more layers) to use for the intended purpose of protection: why wear the mask if it won’t protect you?

If you do not add more layers to these masks then you will put yourself and others at risk for covid-19. Goodluck.

Awesome staff!!! Their communication with you over your order is excellent!!! I did a custom sweater for my big brother and it came out perfect !!!!! He LOVED IT !!!!

I am incredibly pleased! I ordered a quilt with 98 pictures and, before ordering I was concerned about the quality of the quilt and the clarity of the pictures. Well, the quilt arrived very quickly---and is just stunning. It is very high quality, and the pictures are clear as can be. It is really an exceptional piece. I don't often leave reviews, but was moved to do so in this case as the service and product are OUTSTANDING. Incredible service and product.

I love this shop!!! Honestly, if you see the complaints on here it's mostly about the poor quality of the image printed but the reality is that you have to put super high-quality images in the system. Also, I highly recommend doing a sample yard with all of the things you wanna print so you can see if you need to saturate the image or need to resize it. Again I love this store I just spent like $500 and everything was super high quilty and perfect <3

Received my 4-pack of medium face masks today. The images are not quite as saturated as I'd like, but not bad. I suggest upping your saturation a bit to get closer to your original design. They show you how to measure your face to get the right size, and they fit pretty well. The masks are soft and breathable, and they arrived 8 days from the order date (London to Chicago), which was great. I ordered to see the quality for the purpose of resale.

I placed an order late on a Friday and was able to chat with an extremely friendly customer service Rep named Binil very early Saturday morning who took the time to review my order, check the status with the production team, and report back all within a few minutes. Kudos to the customer service at Contrado, I am excited to receive my custom masks!

to whomever looking to use Contrado services please read I do not work for Contrado I was not paid for my review and I am a real customer of Contrado what I love about Contrado is the custom image tool Contrado offer on their website as you upload your image their tool would inform you if the resolution is perfect or not giving you a chance to re-resolute the image or upload a replacement picture this tool isn't offer by any other custom design company they are the only ones and it's very helpful I order a pair of custom pajama pants the images I try to use wasn't at a good resolution so I re-resolute the image and Contrado image tool gave me the green check mark Contrado give you the freedom to upload a lot of images I uploaded a total of 22 Images on one pair of pajama pants and every image came out perfect I am a very very very stifled with my order I live in the united states in new orleans la. 70126 my order took 3weeks to come to my home it was not Contrado fault the U.S. Customs held my item for 2weeks I had to call FedEx to ask for assistants with getting my package and FedEx had the package release If you are ordering from the united states know customs are gonna hold your package and delay it's arrival Contrado did an amazing job they are very talented and my item shows they put a lot of care in creating my item I will be using them again in the future----

Tragic. After ordering a small piece of printed fabric, I received it blurry and badly printed. I was informed that the fabric I chose often came out that way, although that information was not disclosed to me upon ordering. After lots of pushing on my end, and many back and forth conversation, my order was finally refunded. Unfortunately, the shipping I paid was not refunded, and so although I wanted to order a re-print on another fabric, I could not afford to. I explained this to customer service, and they held that there was nothing they could do about it.

I am appalled that after a bad print job, this company preferred to loose me as a customer, than to just send me a replacement printing. I have never encountered such lack of understanding in a company that I imagine caters to small businesses like mine, without the cash to spare on paying international shipping twice, on an item that arrived faulty.

I gave them every opportunity to keep me as a customer, but I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered my fabric. Waited over a week and it still hasn't shipped. That okay things are crazy. I email them to see how long. No response. I get on the chat and they say the fabric is out of stock. Why wasn't I notified that it was out of stock? I am fine with waiting but I like knowing what is going on, and I wouldn't order an out of stock item. I was able to get my order cancelled, just waiting on the return

I have ordered from them 3 times and the service has been speedy, received labels within 5/6 days. I am writing this review as I had an issue with my last order and had quite a bit of correspondence with them about it because I thought they had made an error, anyhow to cut a long story short I realised that it was my error and I can say that all their correspondence was very prompt and polite and I felt quite embarrassed when I realised it was me. Essentially with flat labels they arrive 10mm each side wider than the label measurements, I wasn't sewing these labels and didn't require that extra 10mm each side but anyhow now I know. On the basis of my experience I would recommend.

I've had two orders from Contrado. Quality of product is good. The second order got delayed by FedEx and Contrado remade the order and shipped it within one day to make up for the delay. Very professional.

I ordered a pack of four Medium size custom face masks (medium fits most teens best) for about $35 after shipping, and they arrived in three days! The printing was crisp and just like how I made them. The masks have a sort of x pattern in the fabric, but I like the aesthetic. Overall, very pleased with Contrado!

Well it all started with I wanted to protect myself from COVID19 and I wanted to wear my FooSoTrav design... I found this site and was able to completely customize my order with my own design. That alone gets an A. When everything was printed it actually had the quality I was hoping for and the detailed work of my art on the fabric was really nice. Only bad thing was the size ran a little small. ( Or I'm just bigger than your average bear.. 😂) I got a follow-up email to ask how was my order. And just having a regular conversation I said I love the order but the sizes are a little small so I couldn't wear them. I did not expect an email back I just wanted to let them know I like the quality of the material. A few days later I got an email saying they will help me with my order so that I can get the right size and be happy. I was totally surprised. And someone did work with me until my order it was completed. So in short...I know they care about their customer service. I'm normally not a big talker but I really wanted to share my personal experience. So A+ all round.

Good quality products. Horrible customer service.

**Update #2 - In the end they gave me a $25 refund to replace a pack of masks. I still had to pay the $10 shipping fee to get them. All of this was only offered after posting the original review below and they will continually ask you to update your review. **

***Update - after posting this review I was contacted and offered a $20 voucher. As of writing this I have not yet received said voucher. I'm still out the cost of shipping, but the mask is at least covered. I will update again as the situation progresses***

I placed a large order of face masks from them and while they arrived in a timely fashion. One mask out of a set of 4 was the wrong size. I contacted customer support and they admitted it was their fault, but refused to replace the mask. All they would offer me is a $8 voucher. Since you have to order 2 or 4 masks at a time which costs $25 + $10 shipping it doesn't cover the cost of the mask. When I told them I had a customer waiting on that mask in the proper size and requested they replace just the one I was told if I didn't take the $8 voucher they would only refund $6.25. This forces customers to spend more just to get the item they ordered in the first place. I am disgusted and will never use their services again. I recommend others proceed with caution.

For small business with small profit margins this can become costly fast.

I've ordered with Contrado almost 10 times since June as I was using them as a supplier for a while. Here's what I have to say:

The good: The masks are stretchy and breathable.

The bad:

-The masks are frankly uncomfortable. They pull your ears forward no matter what size you get. They are not wide enough and since the straps aren't adjustable it hurts your ears. This is not just my feedback, but the feedback of hundreds of my customers which is one of the many reasons I am going through a different supplier. If you're really wanting comfort, these masks will pull your ears forward and give you a headache.

-The design system does not give you an accurate representation of what you're ordering. Often times, a mask that looks great in my cart when I purchase, will have the design cut off on the confirmation e-mail, and instead of a quality control person catching this, they print the mask anyway and expect you to pay for it. When I brought this up with customer service, they refused to give me a refund and said I would have to re-order the masks even though it was their system mistake. This has happened one at least 3 of my orders with the same shady customer service response (if I get one at all).

-The customer service team leaves a lot to be desired. One of the masks I ordered came missing full-on stitches, and customer service refused to give me a refund and instead offered me a voucher for the price of the 1 mask (mind you, you are forced to buy in a 4-pack + shipping) for a *future* order. This is a distasteful business practice to squeeze out even more money from customers based on their mistakes.

-The delivery estimate is always incorrect. It says it will deliver in a few days, and not once has my order ever arrived on time. Consistently weeks late for my deliveries to the USA whether I'm ordering one 4-pack, or 100 masks. 1 delivery to Thailand took almost 2 months! I've sent them many e-mails discussing the extensive delivery delays and processing delays and as usual, they offer no reasonable solution. My recommendation- Never pay for the expedited shipping because your masks will still arrive at least 2 weeks late no matter what speed you choose.

-The fabric it's printed on is soft, but the color richness is more attuned to a t-shirt than a vibrant colored mask.

All in all, if you're ordering 1 four-pack, don't mind that it pulls your ears forward, don't care when it arrives, confident you won't have to deal with customer service and just want a piece of fabric that you design, go for it.

But if you were my friend, I would order from any other print on demand website. Ordering from this company is just not worth your happiness.

Great company - easy website to navigate thru and easy to order my custom made mask and better yet FAST in receiving! Fits perfect!!! I would do business with them again!

I recently placed on order with Contrado and let me tell you they did a good job with my order and made sure I got it on an appropriate time. I would definitely recommend this guys. Keep up the good work guys.

Great masks! A little on the small end, but I helped some people out and gave those away! Awesome product and customizing engine. Love using Contrado and get compliments wherever I go. Highly recommend.
