I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company, at least not at this time and not if you are looking to order face masks. On their website they state that the face masks are made fast: 2 days production + 2 days express shipping if you purchase this extra. This is their estimate provided during COVID on the face masks specifically. On 4/5 I placed an order for 200 masks and paid for express shipping. On 4/10 (business day 5) I received notification that they had to reprint part of my order but that this is unlikely to impact receiving my order on time. On 4/14 (BD 7) I received an update that my order was dispatched and getting ready to ship. After not receiving any tracking notification I have contacted customer support almost daily to see what was happening.

** it is important to note that their customer support # is not active and they say everywhere to use the chat support which DOES NOT EXIST**

On 4/21 (BD 12) support finally got back to me and apologized saying the order has been sitting with packaging and they will have the packaging team ship the order asap. On 4/23 (BD #14) I received auto emails saying my order was being sent back for reprint for a 2nd time. So, after the first reprint 13 days earlier no one examined them? And they were sent to be shipped and then identified to be reprint again? I am not sure what is happening but this all seems very shady to me. 6 hours ago they posted a contest on facebook to increase orders for face masks... this seems irresponsible because they don't have the resource to staff basic customer support let alone complete orders placed a month ago. I want to share my experience to advise against working this this company, especially ordering face masks from them.

Very pleased

I ordered custom face mask, each one with a different picture. I was so happy when I received my mask. This company is very professional, and does great quality work. When I contact customer service the respond quickly. I will definitely order from this company again

Excellent products and service!

Contrado was such a pleasure to work with, and the pocket squares I ordered were of superb quality! They sent me an entire pocket square with my design as a sample, which was wonderful. Then the rest of my order shipped quickly, and the remaining pocket squares looked lovely. I will definitely be using them for my future orders!

Absolute nightmare scam of a service

Absolute nightmare scam of a service. They make stuff but you can't trust a single thing they say.

I made 4 SEPERATE orders over 2 weeks, paid flat rate shipping on EACH of them and then now they are waiting for all orders to be done (delaying me weeks). I asked why I paid for shipping four times if they were going to send all in one box. The customer service rep first tried to tell me I REQUESTED this, then when I argued with him asking why would I ask for this, he said it was so they could "provide me with a refund" for the extra cost of shipping. A refund that I would have never received.

So just to recap: first they said I asked to be charged 4 times for shipping, then they tried to pretend it was to "save me money" that they were never going to give me.

I just looked at a review posted THREE HOURS ago that has the same issue with customer service lying about shipping. At least they actually received their face masks, I still haven't gotten anything after 20 days.
Every time you talk to a customer service rep here they lie.

I put a small bit of faith in them and it ended up costing me thousands of dollars in refunding when I couldn't fulfill my customers orders. Beware of working with them if you are doing anything time sensitive or don't have a lot of overhead, because they will destroy your business.

Terrible experience

I ordered face masks and they were the cheapest things I’ve ever seen. I ordered 16 masks in 3 different sizes. They all came in one bag and none of them had size labels on them... I couldn’t tell the difference between med and large. Customer services was the absolute worst. I had several reps lie about my masks being shipped. A supervisor lied to me about refunding the expedited shipping I paid for. The entire experience was so unprofessional and the product was garbage.

Arrived in DAYS--NOT WEEKS--after ordering!

I found this site when looking for "rugs" I could personalize with my images. I never imagined how spectacular my images could look until I got my product from "BAGS OF LOVE"--bright colors, crisp detail, and all around stunning in my home.

I have since ordered other items which have been equally as well done as the rugs, and they all arrived within DAYS (NOT WEEKS) from my order date.

With the added advantage of really great customer service, this site is a real "win" for me and my photographs!

Great Experience

I had a great experience getting fabric printed with Contrado. I had a print I designed printed on their silk organza. A woman named Bhavna worked with me through the process to make sure I was going to be satisfied with my order. She was super helpful and informative and I appreciated her so much. The fabric arrived in time and it looks so great. I will definitely consider printing with Contrado again in the future and would recommend it for others.

Excellent quality luggage tags and passport holder. Super easy to create online and better then I expected. Quick turnaround time as well. Very happy!

DO NOT EVER ODER FROM THESE PEOPLE they…

DO NOT EVER ODER FROM THESE PEOPLE they messed up my order so bad that refused to fix it. After several email back and forth they refused even a refund and blamed me for the problem. But wait it gets better if I order again they will give 30% discount. Save your time and money find a real company to do the work right the first time.

I have looked at the email exchanges between you and my team as well as the design that was uploaded. My sincere apologies if you feel that you were blamed for your order not living up to your expectations. We print the designs as supplied by the clients. We do not make any design changes unless expressly asked for by the client. Checking each and every design that comes in is logistically not possible due to the sheer volume of orders we receive. Hence, the onus of the design always rests with the client.

Some issues, but ultimately resolved in the end.

Had some issues with fabric and communication but eventually they sent new fabric to replace the bad fabric and we finished our project.

Don't deal with this company just look elsewhere.\

My first order were a couple of fabric prints, but when I tried to order a second set to see what I would like when I ordered flags, they would not print and demanded more explanation on my project. There excuse was that they did not want to get in trouble for what they were printing. Keep in my mind this was a reprint and they had already printed it once.

Furthermore, they kept printing it with a white border around what I wanted and told me there was no way around it. But then on my like 4th or 6th order when I selected no border, there was no border. So they lied to me.

After spending a bunch of money ordering fabric prints for a school project, I purchased flags on my 7th or 8th order. The flags came as fabric and were not stitched, hemmed, etc to be a flag. When contacting the company they said I had to order from their custom flag section, which I did and on there end it never happened. They then continued to say it was my fault and when I sent them a video of me trying to order from their flag page and it not working. Their reply was oh thats weird its working on our end.

This one star doesnt come from that experience, nor the explaining the project or the borders, but the experience with my last order.

My last order were flags and two out of three came correctly, as one of the flags needed to be reprinted. So I proceeded to pay and order the flag with corrections.

They sent the flag on the wrong fabric. Keep in mind this project had a deadline they were aware from. They then sent me another flag to correct their mistake, only to wait days to receive the same screwed up fabric. When contacting them, they said its my fault for ordering the wrong print and would not fix it. They also wouldn't call me or return my emails after that point.

The flag that arrived was ordered by them, hence they chose the fabric that it was getting printed on and then wanted to blame me. In the end I have to spend more money to get the fabric I needed because there was no time left and I needed to meet my deadline. Also it couldnt be printed in flag format for any fabric but one which is weird. So after all these orders, money, and time I had to then construct my own flag with the fabric.

What pisses me off the most is the audacity, after being such a profitable client, that they would throw their mistakes in my face as if they were mine and then completely ignore me.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

We are a custom printing company. We print the designs that the customers supply. Having said that, there are certain kind of images that we will not print. This is given in our terms and condition and you can read them here https://www.contrado.com/terms

We got in touch with you simply to understand if the images you uploaded were for a specific project so we could go ahead with the production.  The idea was not to insult or inconvenience you and my apologies if you felt that way.

All your orders have consisted of printed pieces of fabrics. Unless you choose the 'hemming' option or the 'cut on the line' option these will come with white unprinted white borders all around.

We try to give as much information as possible on our websites so that clients are sure of what they are committing to before paying for a product.

If you are interested in a flag, then we offer that as a specific product. These come replete with eyelet or pocket option

Much as we would like to accommodate all kinds of requests, at this time we are only able to work with materials advertised online. These have gone through several rounds of testing before being made available to order. At the moment, we can't offer new fabric options and/or pattern changes, in a cost effective way, as it will disrupt our work flow and is also prone to making errors.

We are always open to suggestions and will consider rolling out new options and customisation if there are sufficient requests for a particular option and a significant market for it. As we grow and offer new service we may be able to accommodate requests like this in the future.

Worst Customer Service and Rip Off

I shopped around on google to find a provider for custom rugs. I found Contrado and their rugs seemed a bit better quality than the competitors at first glance. I decided to use them even though their prices were higher than the others. Uploading the artwork went smoothly, but then their designer was terrible. It doesn’t even have the ability to correctly center the design, which was my main concern. I ended up having to submit the order along with an email asking them to center the design for me. They emailed me back promptly and said that they centered the design for me and I approved the mock-up. I received the rug only to find the design was over an inch off center, it was VERY noticeable. I emailed them about it explaining my issue politely and they responded by saying that I approved the design, so it is not their fault. I tried to explain that I asked them to center the design and trusted that they would be able to do it. The emails came back slower and slower as they stopped wanting to respond to me. They took almost two weeks to respond to the last email. They did not do anything to fix the problem. I thought the higher price of their items meant the products would be higher quality, but this is not the case. The high prices are probably to cover the shipping costs from the UK to the US rather than the cost of the item. They make it seem like they have locations in the US, but they don’t. Long story short, this company has given me the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time.

My fabric arrived but has distortions…

My fabric arrived but has distortions and streaks throughout the length of the fabric and smearing of lettering makes those sections of the fabric unusable. I see that you have a Contrado US but you only provide a UK phone number on your web pages. I tried to call but you were unavailable. I also left an email but so far no response back. I live in Washington State in US and need to know what time is best to reach someone in your customer service.

They do really nice work

They do really nice work, it is exactly as presented, fast, reliable.

I only wish that their interface for designing was more user-friendly and would allow me to really see what I was going to produce with more accuracy.

Otherwise, for a quick sample of my end product, it was wonderful!
