Rude staff working at Control
Sean from Control called our Business , and asked a member of our Team who he needs to speak to about Debt Collection .. alarming our team thinking something wrong but We were incorrectly invoiced, not for our company but a British business and have explained this over phone and email this for over a year. So we are not paying an invoice not for our business Sean , kept interrupting, was rude and kept saying he was from Control, Control , repeating this and then asked the owner does have trex.... Who does Sean think he is insulting , discriminating the owner with a comment like that??shocking behavior

Yusuf was exceptionally patronising and constantly interrupting. I was attempting to explain that his client was meant to be sending me confirmation that money requested was import duty. He wasn’t listening and just said “ pay up” . Disgusting behaviour

Great Experience! Thanks to Amanda for making this an easy, understandable situation and giving me some relief.
Had the unfortunate call today in regards to paying an outstanding sum which over the course of the year was miscommunicated by UPS themselves. They’re completely useless so was somewhat glad to be contacted by Control Account.
Amanda who was on the phone to me today perfectly explained the entire situation in only a few minutes, she was able to provide me with more information in that small amount of time than I managed to get over 3 phone calls with UPS themselves.
No one is ever happy about paying an outstanding bill but Amanda made the situation very easy to go through and I am now relieved to have this situation resolved.

Professional staff answering the chat
Surprisingly for a debt recovery company, the staff answering on the online chat was helpful and providing clear replies. The representative dealing with me was John.
The website is clear but my written query received a non relevant reply and from a ‘noreply’ address. Hence the 4 stars.

The letter received wasn't clear about the subject/issue it was referring to and there was no documents to view online so I had to use the customer service to get further clarity. John in the online chat was very helpful and clear in helping me with all my questions.
