We have been without internet since June 16th around 8pm. My wife has called every day since and Converge kept saying it will be restored in 24 to 48 hours. They refuse to send a technician to fix the problem. They have sent 2 emails saying the problem has been resolved when it hasn't. I would recommend anyone else over Converge. Here it is Fathers day and we still don't have internet.
Two Weeks Without Internet, No Resolution
I would like to rate Converge ICT's Customer Service Department based on my recent experience.
Ironically, the Customer Service team seems unable to provide actual service to its customers. We have been without an internet connection for two weeks. When the issue first occurred, we reported it through Facebook Messenger, and a support ticket was created. Since then, we have followed up multiple times through chat, only to receive the same generic response: "We will follow up on your ticket."
We also called customer support several times during the past two weeks. Each time, we were told that a technician had been dispatched and that we would receive a call. However, no one ever contacted us, and our internet connection remains unresolved.
Today, I called again to follow up. During the conversation, I calmly expressed my frustration while carefully choosing my words and avoiding any inappropriate language. Despite this, the first representative abruptly disconnected the call.
I called back and requested that my concern be escalated to someone who could take action. The representative informed me that she would transfer me to her supervisor, but after placing me on hold, she never returned to the call.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience. After two weeks without service and countless follow-ups, it feels as though customer concerns are simply being ignored. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency shown by the Customer Service Department reflects very poorly on the company and demonstrates little regard for its customers.

CS declined to transfer me to a supervisor. They installed my internet the 19th of May but was never activated. Then never did until I just cancelled my subscription yesterday 24th of May. Worst customer service. Worst service in the industry

Very disappointing service and customer…
Very disappointing service and customer support experience with Converge.
We already experienced intermittent internet issues last year that took almost 1 month of constant follow-up before anything was resolved. Now we have completely lost internet connection for several days, and the handling of our case has been extremely frustrating.
The biggest issue is the poor coordination and inconsistent communication. Different agents and technicians give different instructions, updates are unclear, and follow-ups are very difficult. We were even told conflicting information regarding requirements needed for repair, which caused further delays.
As a customer who relies on internet service for work, this situation has caused major inconvenience and stress. It should not take multiple follow-ups, repeated calls, and escalation just to get proper assistance and accurate updates.
I hope Converge improves not only the stability of their service but also how they handle customer concerns and technical support cases.

Always no internet every night when I need it most. Useless, worthless, always no internet, I already talked with a service guy yet all he said is to reset but nothing even changes. It's so worthless that converge is always the cause of my due date tasks, always delaying things for me instead of being efficient. It became so useless that no internet took from 10pm to 5am like wtf do I do when I have soemthing to finish at night and required to pass by tomorrow???

I expected more from Converge, but recently the speeds have been terrible—sub-1 Mbps on both upload and download almost every day. Overall, the service has been really disappointing. The entire South Mindanao region was down for nearly two weeks, and now we keep receiving daily texts from Converge about internet disruptions. There’s literally not a single day that goes by without one.
Converge Im Done
I didn’t think it was possible for an internet provider to be this consistently disappointing, yet Converge somehow proves otherwise. Calling this “poor service” is generous because that would imply it works sometimes. What you’re offering feels like instability disguised as a paid connection.
Speeds are barely usable, disconnections feel constant, and latency is so bad that anything real-time becomes pointless. Packet loss isn’t occasional, it’s expected. This isn’t just inconvenience, it’s a pattern of failure.
And that failure cost me something that actually mattered. I lost a premier playoffs match because of this connection. Not because of skill, not because of strategy, but because the internet completely gave out at the worst possible moment. All the time and effort put into getting there was wasted because the service I’m paying for couldn’t stay stable.
That loss keeps coming back to the same issue. Every lag spike during that match, every delay, every disconnect directly affected the outcome. It wasn’t a fair loss, it was a technical failure deciding the result. What should have been competitive turned into hoping the connection wouldn’t collapse, and it did.
What makes it worse is that this wasn’t surprising. The service is so unreliable that even going into that match, there was already doubt. And that doubt was proven right. That premier playoffs loss is exactly what this service leads to when something actually matters.
Day after day, the same problems repeat with no improvement. No stability, no consistency, no urgency to fix anything. It feels like once payment is made, service quality stops being a priority.
At this point, choosing Converge feels like risking important moments on a connection that can’t be trusted. That playoff loss is proof of that.
Giving this a 1-star review already feels generous. Realistically, this level of service doesn’t even deserve that.
Converge Outage Freaquency
this is the second time within 2 months that our wifi has been down for the same reason. converge took a month to fix the issue and we had to buy a new portable router (not converge) just so we could function properly. their customer service is terribly rude. they ignored our problem and told us the outage would last 1 week, but it lasted a month. they even had the audacity to charge us for the month we did not have internet.
SLOW INTERNET
You know its good and all but it sometimes stop for no reason and takes too long to reconnect after paying or never connects at all even in small games keeps it lag I know its not my pc

i absolutely HATE converge and its services. any day or any time my wifi cuts off for DAYS at an end and costumer service is one of the worse things ive ever seen. i cant even have a normal weekend or just have fun online with converge. theyre SCAMMERS. i hope you dont experience what i had with this shitty service i wish i can give it zero stars
