Delicious. The tastiest thing I've eaten in a long time.

Absolutely delicious Indian food that was so much better than from the supermarket or local take away. Freshly prepared and so much more flavour. We had the Butter chicken, keema lamb and a paneer dish. You can tell it's home cooked. The children demolished them! Definately recommend them!

Reminded me of my Mum’s cooking. The dishes were authentically made to a Caribbean taste like back home.

I’ve ordered once have been most impressed. Quality of food is fabulous complemented by packaging, delivery, instructions of heating, use By dates etc. Ease and simplicity of the app is great. Lovely variety and nice to be able to easily try other cuisines. The fact that it’s home food but the chefs are trained to a certain health and safety and presentation standard is quite wonderful. Most impressed and shall use again. Prices are also reasonable- I was tentative that it would be expensive and out of affordability but it’s not a problem at all.

Ordered a Christmas dinner and it got delivered promptly the day before with all instructions on how to cook each item. The food was really delicious and very traditional and authentic as well. Everyone enjoyed it.

Delivery is prompt apart from 1 occasion (technical glitch) Food tastes fantastic what more can I say👍🏾

I ordered Fresh Armando Italian Food for today, 29th December 2022, DHL collected the parcel Tuesday evening from the Chef? DHL delivered it today, they had not handled the parcel with any care. The biggest concern was the parcel was not cold and it contained 'fresh' soggy garlic bread. I don't think cook my grub, should be supplying fresh food outside the cities were it is prepared if the Chefs are just going to chuck in a box a few days before delivery and deliver by DHL. If I had known this was the standard of food and delivery, I would have gone to a local takeaway and received a much better service I thought I was ordering something special. The food and service charges etc were certainly not worth the £34.34

A lovely vegan Xmas hamper was delivered on time and was well presented! All we needed for a great Xmas lunch (and more!)

I Placed my first order a week ago for delivery today 23 December.
I received confirmation that the courier DHL had received my order on 21 December (2 days before my confirmed delivery date) of 23 December.
Bearing in mind this is meant to be Freshly prepared, cooked food which will have been stored with DHL for a full 2 days.
I received an email from Cook My Grub today confirming my order would be delivered today 23 December between 9-5.
When it got to 3.30pm I started to get worried as I had a family meal planned with my food order today, so I checked the DHL website and it said that my order would not now be delivered until 24 December due to delays.
Unbelievable!
So now my so called freshly prepared food order will now have been sat with DHL for over 3 days.
I received no notification or communication from Cook my Grub that my order was delayed & had to find out for myself after waiting in all day for delivery.
Now I have no order, no food & my planned family meal is ruined.
Also what state is my food order going to be in anyway after being with the courier for over 3 days.
Absolutely disgusting service!
I will not be ordering with this company ever again.
I would strongly advise everyone not to use this company, they are a an absolute joke!
Stick to Just Eats, Deliveroo or similar but please don't waste your time & money ordering with Cook my Grub as they cannot be trusted & your plans will be ruined.
They really are completely & utterly useless.
Fresh food delivered on the day, what a joke!
Very frustrated & unhappy!
They will do nothing either to resolve.

Great service and incredible home cooked options! I don’t have to worry about cooking food anymore everyday after work. The variety of cuisines keeps the meals very interesting for me and my family,

I don't think I'd use this service again - I've noticed the reviews on the chefs are all fake as they are exact copies. I ordered one meal, and it was just fine. It gets messed up in transit and cooking instructions on website very vague.

Edit: To reply to their comment, the reviews have different names and are across different chefs, but the exact same wording. This makes me think they are fake. Also, they've flagged my review as "not genuine" so are clearly trying to remove unsatisfactory experiences.

Enjoying the home cooked food as currently unable to cook. Love that there is a variety of dishes and not just the regular run of the mill dishes that you get at a restaurant.

Cheap meat mixed with loads of salt and pepper , someones get rich project , cooked up on a Trading Estate , near London , the company wish you to believe , that it is somebody , local to you cooking , your grub !
So overall not worth it , no bloody Good!

Really lovely treat as takeaways are becoming ridiculously expensive so having authentic Indian and Caribbean food that is great portions and taste amazing and freezes so well! Really good value
