Food was delivered on time. Food itself was delicious and very well portioned. A little more expensive than a take away but you can see that quality ingredients were used

Service very slow
Service very slow - had to wait over an hour for food. Will never use again.

We’re sorry to hear that you had to wait a long time after placing an order at an event. Cook My Grub are not a specialist events catering company. We are an online marketplace for home chefs and deliver to homes and offices through our delivery network and logistics partner. Having said that, we ran several promotional events in the summer of 2021 to promote our home chefs and create additional awareness about our service. A majority of the events were very well received. However, in a particular event held in September 2021, we were terribly let down by the organisers who committed to providing electricity for our chefs to cook but their setup was limited and caused us several issues. This led to long queues and ordering delays which were not due to any fault of ours.
We do hope you try out a home delivery order from Cook My Grub which would give you a better view of our service.

It is great initiative and food is really nice. You get multiple options to choose your food from. Since the food is home made, you also get authentic taste. However there is significant scope for improving delivery service. Most of the time food is delivered late.

We’re sorry to hear that your deliveries were delayed. However, please note that deliveries for lunch are scheduled for between 12:30pm and 1:30pm to give our drivers enough time to collect the food and deliver it to you. In a few instances, our drivers were inadvertently delayed by traffic.
We do hope you continue to order from Cook My Grub. As always, we will endeavour to get the food delivered to you at the earliest.

Terrible food complained several times…
Terrible food complained several times zero response to complaint or any support. Zero attempt to correct problem. No response when tried to discuss. Will never order again will tell people to avoid

I'm truly sorry to hear one of the meals weren't a hit with you. This is really disappointing as the particular chef you’d ordered from has been so well received. As you had already claimed a 20% discount on that order, further refunds were purely at the discretion of the chef.

Great chefs and authentic home cooked food. It is a life saver if you have a problem with finding something healthy and fresh to cook every day. I order at least once a week from Cook My Grub.
