Cool 365 were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and I was able to speak with the engineer before he arrived to speed up the process on arrival. The engineer, Shane, was great. Despite not being able to resolve the issue in the first visit (through not fault of his own), he was clearly knowledgable and offered several options to resolve the issue with my air conditioning problem.

Prompt and professional people, with a genuine and honest service. Work carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend cool 365.

Quick and Great Customer Service

Cool365 are great! We decided to use this company to see how it would go to see if they could sort some ongoing issues with our aircon units - they completed this in two days and the cost was lower than our usual supplier which is a bonus!

Samir arrived and did a brilliant job. The AC was fitted in the loft room, requiring two large holes to be drilled on an exterior wall. The room was sectioned to avoid the spread of dust. The place was left clean and tidy.
