Complete Shambles
Complete Shambles. A lot of the information on the website for East Anglian Patients does not flow well on their website. Telephones are not answered.
Bad Communication - sent text to change the location night before appointment. Turned up the new location and was told it was still the original location.
On the positive, they did manage to "squeeze" me in there. But that came with being given the instructions for an MRI scan with ear plugs in that they had just given me, defenders on my ears, when I said I could not hear their instructions, they said dont worry, just relax and practically shoved into the machine. No care, No attention. Just rushed through a process at speed. Frault, Awful, Uncaring Place. Never Again.

Appointments line clueless and unhelpful
I haven't seen a physiotherapist since February because my local services have been amalgamated by this company. I've had two phone calls with disinterested clerks reading off scripts. The first time I thought must be a one off, but I just got off the phone with someone who tried to book me into an appointment in 10 minutes time (!!) that was 45 minutes away. I asked him how that would be helpful, as I don't drive, can't get there etc, and he didn't seem to understand the issue. He was so unhelpful I'm going to have to try a third time on another day when I'm less annoyed.

This is the most disorganised and unresponsive service I have ever come across. My wife was directed to them for physio for related leg issues and having contacted them they said we have a 6 week leed time but as we are fully booked at the moment we will call you. That was 11 weeks ago and we have heard nothing. In that time we sort a private MRI scan and within 7 weeks a replacement hip was carried out and now recovering well. To date we have never heard from them. Everyone at Cora Health should be sacked and the operation closed down, complete incompetence and glad we went in a different direction as they have no interest in supporting someone’s health issues

After two major spinal operations and a cortisone injection my GP refereed me to Cora Health for pain management .I have chronic back pain all day every day and have tried every pain medication there is Cora Health had nothing to offer I asked to be refereed for nerve oblation which is a last resort and they refused to refer me in my opinion they are there to save the NHS money by stopping people getting the treatment that they need.

Poor
I was referred to Cora Health by the hospital after fracturing my foot. Firstly I received a text to complete a digital assessment, then I received
another link to compete another assessment, next i receive a call to arrange a telephone assessment. Each time i had give the same information which i would assumed they have had being referred from the hospital & had X-rays & MRI results. On my telephone assessment I was told admin would call me to make a face to Face app, I would get exercises sent to me & try to increase the distance I was walking.
I was then called 2 days later to make my face to face app, the call centre was in Newcastle (I’m in Essex) so they had no idea what was local to me. The most local one they don’t operate from anyone (yet it’s still in their website) the other local was a month away, so the soonest I could get wasn’t suitable for me. I decided to not go with it & go elsewhere & pay for my own treatment, in which the physio told me not to increase my walking but only do what i need to as I need to reduce the fluid on my ankle.
All the staff I spoke to were polite, friendly & doing the best with the awful way this is ran but this is not the way to run a physio & why the NHS thinks it is is beyond me. I feel for people who can’t afford to pay for their own treatment, you cannot assess someone over the phone & should have to go through 3 assessments before being offered a face to face

Just a means of delaying treatment
Just a means of delaying treatment - have used on 2 occasions - hip replacement and shoulder. They cancelled long awaited appointments increasing waits by weeks and offer nothing but app based exercises without even seeing me. If the NHS is paying these administrators they need to think again. Another worthless stage to add months between doctor and treatment

Hand operation
I recently had a hand operation at Cora Health’s Norwich location. My treatment was professional, punctual, caring and friendly. All involved from receptionists, nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon were superb. The location too is a real positive, no feelings of being in a big impersonal hospital.

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. they use to go by another name which was connect health and you should check their shocking reviews.
This company works on the cheap and offers a below standard service. You try and get through to them and you are waiting more than 15 minutes on the phone. The staff are rude and don't care about the patients.
The NHS should not be using this service and I will be asking my MP to look into this as this company does not offer a good service. The service is shocking and needs to be looked into and the contract should be taken off them.

Unable to get follow up, can't login, unresolved complaints
I've already given a one star review and Cora health contacted me,but have not resolved my complaint. No matter how many times I have called since, they have not been able to reinstate me to access to their platform. I'm also supposed to see the podiatrist end June and both time that I've called to make this appointment, I am told there are no appointments available. So I've got to walk around with a heel insert for which I was never measured for ? how long?? Really disgusting service from a company owned by Lloyds. That says it all

Late but not forgotten
I was held up on my journey to the Cora health centre in Norwich for a MRI. A slow moving giant liw loader. I was so upset about not getting to the hospital on time. But one of the team phoned and told me not to panic and they would fit me in when I arrived. That to me was going well above what was expected. Well done Cora health in Norwich.

So much for privatising services..
Was referred by GP with an appointment time and date. On that date, I received an email saying it was actually not an appointment, but that I just needed to fill in an online questionnaire. So I waited a month for an appointment to fill out a form.
The form asked me increasingly specific questions about pain in parts of my body which were not related to my problem (knee injury) and nothing about my actual knee. It seemed like it had just got the wrong end of the stick.
Then waited another month, with no contact. Phoned the helpline. Apparently they haven't received the form. Great. But they can arrange a telephone assessment one month from now.
I asked why that's necessary, since I was referred by an NHS physio who has submitted my notes and already agreed that I need physio. Apparently that's just how they do it.
I asked how long it would be after that until I can see someone who can help me - minimum 6 weeks. I said is that your wait time, and she said 'no, our wait time is longer, that's the MINIMUM'.
The customer service operator was rude, and dismissive from the outset. When I said that it wasn't great to be waiting that long, she immediately responded aggressively 'well that's how it works, I can remove your appointment if you like'
The chances of actually getting any kind of resolution for my knee injury with this level of service is minimal. So much for the NHS. So much for 'privatising' services.

Referral automatically discharged with no contact
Terrible. Left waiting for 2 months for a referral appointment, calling up in the interim to ask if I was supposed to do anything else with regards to the initial notification received in the NHS app and I was advised I was on a waiting list and would be contacted when there was availability to make an appointment. Today I received a "no contact" letter from my GP, Cora Health discharging me with the inaccurate claim that I didn't contact them to make an appointment. Trying now to get this escalated, with no luck.

I would have given negative stars if possible. First I had to wait for a month to get a telephone appointment. Then a physical appointment date was given for another month later. Now they have cancelled it and postponed for another month. When asked saying that is the next available date. Shouldn't you use some common sense rearrange the appou ys so that maximum anyone has to wait is a day or 2. Anyway all they do is gove a printout of exercises at the end. Here I am struggling to complete my day to day activities and they don't care. I am not sure why I am paying taxes and NI for.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Four weeks after dislocating my shoulder, I was asked to submit an assesment online. I was then told I would have to wait a further 3.5 weeks for a telephone appointment!! This is shocking service when I should have been seeing an actual physio within 1-2 weeks of the initial dislocation.

Cora JOKE Service!!!!!
This cannot be classed as a professional service. Been under you a YEAR!!!! and see one bloke who said I’m seeing a ‘practitioner’ they have screwed up appointments, cancelled appointments, your ring them and ur dealt with by one nice switched on person then others who are clueless!! Even then I’ve still not been seen!! Was due to be seen this coming Monday but you cancelled it yest for another 6weeks!!! I saw that one lad last sept. I’m in agony with a knee twice the size. You are a joke! Yes I’m angry. I wouldn’t let my dog suffer like you are me. Even gp rolled eyes!! PALS next step!
Bet you don’t use my comments in ur promo material. You’re costing the NHS triple £++
I am asking for a professional second opinion with a proper NHS clinician!
