Our stay at SeaShell was simply amazing. Seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of London, we found exactly what we needed here. The views are 10 out of 10, and the apartment is in immaculate condition. Enjoying breakfast on the porch with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean was truly delightful. The location is fantastic—close to the sea with plenty of coastal walks nearby, and just a few minutes from Sainsbury's! Highly recommend and we'll be visiting again soon!

We had a fabulous stay at Midwinter. The property was immaculate and so spacious for my partner and the dog. The layout was brilliant and we liked being that little bit remote from the main Cambourne town. We were out in the country, but we were only 2 miles from the shops by car or 1.6 miles from the great Trevaski Farmshop, which is well worth a visit as they do a great lunch and the meat from the butchers is great along with the fresh picked fruit.
We will definitely return to Cornwall and do a different part and will use Cornish Gems again.

We had the most gorgeous stay at Water’s Edge in St Ives. The most beautiful and convenient location. Absolutely loved beach watching from the windows in the evening. Would recommend to anyone! The property was immaculate and had a beautifully curated and well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. We hope to be back some day!

We have just returned from holiday we stayed in the most beautiful cottage,
Trevanion in Coverack. The cottage had everything you could possibly need, great kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely tiered garden and fabulous views from every window.
Coverack is lovely good places to eat, great beach, we won’t hesitate to return asap.
Cornish Gems have been brilliant from our initial booking to the end very helpful and provide you with plenty of information for your stay, i would certainly recommend them.

Wonderful house, super layout, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Highly spec’d and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The house we rented was superb in every respect. Why then two stars? Because we managed to find the property only by good fortune: it is situated up a narrow grass track with no visible signage from the road. Subsequent investigation revealed a small sign covered by undergrowth. After a long journey the last thing one wants is to be faced with this sort of problem which the Agents should have solved by sending detailed directions. On making my complaint I was initially given the brush off. It remains to be seen if any substantive action is taken.

Cornish Gems always have lovely houses but am also impressed by how they deal with problems. Our beds were not in the configuration we wanted and the staff came round the same morning and fixed everything perfectly. Tredinnick Dairy a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful peaceful location.

Lovely new property (in Hayle) always helps, but the property was spotlessly clean, and well equipped. As the Agent, Cornish Gems were very helpful, communications associated with the arrival was excellent and timely follow up calls to ensure all was well and could they do anything to help.

They assisted with some excellent dining and experience ideas during a wet and wild week, and we couldnt have asked for more (or less) from an agent. Have used before and will use again.

Had a lovely stay at Gylly - The Liner in Falmouth. Apartment was amazing and we loved every minute of our stay. Couldn't fault anything in the apartment. Great service from Cornish Gems, will definitely use again

We had a great stay at Cob Barn. Cornish Gems we’re very attentive to a couple of problems that we had during our stay. All the service and facilities were first class.

Lovely stay at Mill Cottage. Beautiful cottage, really well equipped, amazing location with coastal path right on the doorstep. Also a great safe enclosed garden for dogs!
We have stayed with Cornish Gems a number of times over the past few years and have always found the cottages to be outstanding. A real treat to stay in such lovely homes!

The experience from start to finish was superb! Not only did we stay in the most lovely place with the best views, it's was made incredibly easy by Cornish Gems. I’ve visited this property three times & stayed at many other Cornish Gem properties too. The quality of the properties, excellent customer service and Eco policies, ensure we’ll continue to book with them..

The views of this property & access to the coastal path at the bottom of the garden, makes it one of our favourites. We’ve been lucky to see seals on each visit and at least on four days, were delighted to enjoy pods of dolphins in the bay for lengthy feeding & playtime visits.

I highly recommend Kres Kintyre for the perfect, relaxing holiday. The property boasts fantastic facilities and stunning sea views from the living room. Kres Kintyre is a short walk to the beach as well as local bars and restaurants. This luxurious property is well-equipped and includes two parking spaces. Definitely will book this holiday home with Cornish Gems in the future.

Excellent accommodation and we couldn’t really fault the property. Everything was catered for and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The real fire made it extremely homely! We did have an issue on the last day, we forgot our key code and didn’t receive a call back from the Cornish Gems emergency number so they need to improve on that or else we might still be waiting. That said we would book again.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at Kres Kintyre....it was just incredible....the wonderful sea views and just a short walk down to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach.We often took the short train ride into St.Ives or ambled up to the amazing nearby restaurants for dinner(La Casita and The Gannet being two of our favourites).Great for parking.Would highly recommend this stylish,well equipped property.

Amazing stay in Midwinter in Baripper. Very quiet setting. The house is so beautifully designed and decorated - and such a feeling of peace and calm. We loved the open plan living area and I actually enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, which is a bit of a treat when it comes to self-catering cottages. Our days were mostly out with the dogs. Gwithian beach is phenomenal. Great farm shop nearby. I was working part of the time and wifi was really good. We'll definitely be back.
