I really appreciate being able to talk with a representative located in the U.S. I could easily understand her. She helped walk me thru some of the things I was unsure of and stayed on the line until it was solved. She was very respectful and I appreciate that because this was all new to me.

Corpnet helped me with tax…
Corpnet helped me with tax registration. Something that is usually very confusing for me and makes me very uncomfortable was made super easy with the help of the friendly staff. They were always readily available and willing to answer any questions I have. Shout out specifically to Helen who was incredibly helpful and friendly! She solved a problem for me that no one else could figure out!

I was experiencing some issues with the clearing open tasks on employer applications
I was experiencing some issues with the website so called support. Helan Huckeba was a huge help and delightful to work with. She went out of her way to make sure my issues were resolved. She went above and beyond by sending an email to me laying out exactly what was still needed for several client applications and steps to take to get the information submitted. Thank you Helen!
