Starting a new business has had me deal with a ton of customer support professionals for many of the services we signed up for. Kathy was by far and wide the most helpful, concise, and kind of all of the customer support professionals I have dealt with.

I thought my issue would be more complicated but Helen was absolutely wonderful in walking me through the system. I had a unique situation of trying to get up to speed on the system and Helen was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with my issues. I'm really glad I called and was able to fix the issue.

I have called CorpNet customer service three times (all due to things falling through the cracks on our side) and every time the person has been quick to pull things up, knowledgeable, and generally calm and helpful!

Each time, the person has helped me interpret or navigate things that likely would have been obvious if the person who initially was setting things up had transferred all correspondence and documents to me when I took over for my company.

I have Autism and do not like making phone calls, so it's impressive that I have had such consistently positive experiences with a customer support line.

Helen Huckeba is incredible. I filed a company with Corpnet more than 10 years ago. The IRS is giving me problems and Helen found all the paperwork I needed to solve my problems

I feel Helen went far beyond what she needed to do for me. She walked me through every detail and even made me realize that I had additional issues that I was not aware of. Keep her happy!!!

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with CorpNet. I placed two corporate orders, both of which were processed incorrectly. One package arrived, but the other is still missing after two months. Additionally, they registered the business under the wrong name, and despite repeated follow-ups, this error remains uncorrected. My representative, Armando, has been unresponsive and evasive throughout this period. I requested a refund after my client demanded one, but have yet to receive any resolution.

Big shoutout to Tarrena, CorpNet Superhero. I've been working with Tarrena for over a year on multiple entities. Tarrena is a great partner, especially on the toughest compliance questions.
