Cosplaynow Avis 4

I ordered a long time ago. But I knew it would be a while coming. However, it was a very long time. Some response I got was blaming the post there and ot kept getting returned. This could be true. No proof.

However when I finally got my items they arrived damaged and while they seemed.to care to start with this did not last long. The did offer me a parcial refund or replacement parts but it needed a whole new cast. I sent lots of photos and they kept asking for more. In the end they said it was royal mail fault and I had to deal with them when I asked for a parcial.

Mistake and accidents happen, I appreciate that, I just wanted the matter resolved. This was not the case 4 months on

These cost me over £250 and its useless and they are not taking responsibility for it. Stay well clear.

I purchased the Star Trek Beyond Kirk Survival suit from CosplayNow, I had purchased 2 others from other suppliers and although it was costly for me but it was worth it as I found CosplayNow was by far the best Quality, from the stitching,the zipper, the Star trek insignia which was missing on the others, the Star Trek logo on the arms and the lining in the jacket which was torn in the other two and also the customer service is great (Evelyn)and reassuring to know that you can talk to a person if you have any questions and I have even ordered a custom made costume that others could not supply, I am happy with CosplayNow and recommend.

I buy a Aurora cosplay dress from cosplaynow,the dress is good to wear,customer service is patient.This dress is appropriate for party,that's great for me.
