Robert was absolutely superb, very knowledgeable and supported our decision choices. We went in to look at sofas and walked out with a dining table. Great experience, will definitely be back.

I was excited to go to the Cotswold…
I was excited to go to the Cotswold company outlet and was very disappointed. Yes the items are discounted but that’s because they are missing great big chunks out of them? Surely no one is going to buy this furniture for hundreds or even thousands in some cases with such huge imperfections? There was a wardrobe for well over £1000 which 3 big chunks out of it and missing paint

We had a brilliant experience here
We had a brilliant experience here! We’re renovating our house and had our eyes on a couple of bedside tables and we found the two of them! The man that helped us was so lovely and took care in checking them over for us. He had a tattoo sleeve on his right arm (we couldn’t think of his name). Such a great experience and very happy we found what we were looking for - will definitely be back!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were on hand to answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped take the furniture out and put it into my car. Good supply of furniture at competitive prices. Good luck and hope the store is a great success.
