Our experience with The Cotswolds Company has been first class. The products are of excellent quality, and the customer service has been outstanding throughout, both from the team in the Harpenden showroom and the online support team.

I would, however, like to single out Charlotte from the Harpenden showroom. She has been incredibly helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

I was given a window for the delivery the day before and a more precise time on the day. The driver and assistant (Bernard and Keenan) were efficient and good humoured. The table was put into the requested room in the packaging, for me to assemble and the chairs were unpacked at the van and their packaging was removed.

Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I placed an order the next day, over the phone with them, and they were again excellent.

The Assistant was very helpful and efficient, though we knew exactly what we wanted to order having visited the Harpenden Branch on several occasions to see the furnitiure.

We called the store to check they had the swatches and Marc answered and confirmed they had. So we drove over there and Marc was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We then ordered the two chairs we wanted and again he was very professional.

Sarupa at the showroom was a star. She’s always helpful, and friendly; very welcoming. The items on show were also sufficient to help us decide the furniture perfect for our space.

Our furniture order was handled by friendly staff. Delivery date was within 10 days which is not something other companies can do so very impressed.
