Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I placed an order the next day, over the phone with them, and they were again excellent.

The Assistant was very helpful and efficient, though we knew exactly what we wanted to order having visited the Harpenden Branch on several occasions to see the furnitiure.

We called the store to check they had the swatches and Marc answered and confirmed they had. So we drove over there and Marc was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We then ordered the two chairs we wanted and again he was very professional.

Our furniture order was handled by friendly staff. Delivery date was within 10 days which is not something other companies can do so very impressed.

Charlotte also worked hard behind the scenes to resolve a payment issue, ensuring everything went through smoothly, while Nancy went above and beyond after our visit. She stayed beyond normal working hours to sort out an amendment to our order and make sure a refund was processed correctly. That level of care and communication is incredibly rare.
