There was one issue however in that our email address you used for us to place the order was slightly wrong.
In this case it normally bounces back very quickly with an error but it took some time for you to discover the fault so that we could go ahead with the order.

Delivery was on time. Gary and Jake were polite and friendly. Problem free.

We’ve had several pieces of furniture recently and they’re such good quality and easy to put together.
Delivery service is excellent. Fast, informed of a 3 hour slot the night before and great staff delivering. Worth every Penny!

The reason I have given this three stars, is because the furniture is excellent quality and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Also the customer service is excellent.
However that said this company are seriously let down by the warehouse staff and lack of communication to the drivers. I had asked for my furniture to be unpacked, I did this in an email on on the phone to customer service, and was assured it would be, as my husband is eighty and I am not far off, therefore we could not do this ourselves. Firstly our order should have arrived a week earlier but we sent it back as only half the order was on the van, which we should have been informed off in the morning when the van was loaded. We discovered this at six in the evening. Once delivered the drivers started to leave without unpacking, when I challenged them they knew nothing of this so had to go to the van to clarify with their boss, they then did unpack. This is crass incompetence on behalf of the warehouse staff and supervisor, will I buy again from this company frankly probably not.

Very bad service I am not impressed, considering the cost of this furniture it should be a great deal better.

Everyone was kind and welcoming, on of the pillows I picked up had a defect and the shop assistant found out before me and replaced it. Great service!

All went well, the “up to 40%” discount equated to £200 over an extending dining table, a grande dresser and 4 upholstered dining chairs so somewhat disappointing.
Then we agreed a delivery date of September 11th but confirmation states the 8th when we expressly gave our ability to receive the items.
Having ordered on a Saturday of a Bank Holiday, we hope we are able to rearrange without penalty.

From shop to delivery excellent customer service. The only thing that we felt was a little inflated was the delivery charge and time of delivery. Just shy of £16 for delivery on a product that costs hundreds is a little poor and the time we were given was 6.30am. Thanks…….

I was given a delivery date and a three hour slot during which the item would arrive. On the day itself a specific time was given and the van arrived on time. Ryan and Chris were polite, friendly and helpful. They unpacked the tallboy, placed it upstairs and took the packaging away. An excellent company to use!

Always lovely to visit the store rather than ordering on line because you can feel the fabrics and try out the furniture. Your staff are always so helpful

We were welcomed to the store, given time to look around and when we indicated that we had some questions Paul(Foxall) was really helpful. He had plenty of time for me, answered questions, made suggestions and smoothly delt with my purchases. The only downside to the experience was that one item I particularly wanted was out of stock, but after a bit of research Paul said the items were likely to be available in the New Year.

Vasco and Marcin arrived on time as promised and quickly and efficiently unpacked our order, checking that there was no 'in transit' damage.

I am delighted with my Chantilly Grand Bookcase. It's a real asset in my living room. The quality is good and the service was efficient. I ordered via my local store, having viewed it first. I would have been less inclined to order it from the website as it is a big item. It was delivered within 10 days and the delivery men were helpful, installed it and took away the packaging.

First of all, it wasnt Leamington Spa, it was Stow on the Wold. The member of staff was very helpful and friendly.

Jag deep and Jermaine were Polite and courteous, and carefully brought our unit into the house with no issues
