Cottman of Louisville Avis

Thank you again thank you for everything 🙏

Excellent company, they'll turn your old crappy car into a great Nice one

My car stop right as the wrench light came on on the dash. Found out it was my harmonic balancer. My harmonic balancer was replaced and my vehicle ran as it was suppose to, but unfortunately, 7 days later my transmission went out.

My Ford Ranger was in need of a transmission. After checking other places of business I decided on Cottmans. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. In the future if I need service for any of my vehicles I will return.

Everything went as stated and on time. Everyone was polite and very professional and understanding with our needs.

I can't say enough good things about Cottmans! They were very attentive to my concerns and kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on with my Jeep. Their cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else after experiencing their customer service!

Great job, got me in and out and did what they said. They stand behind their work.

These guys are all down to earth and they will work with you on what you want to do. Their prices are fair and they did a good job for me. I was even permitted to obtain my own parts that I purchased online and they installed them. Of course, the work is without any guarantees. This does not bother me as I would be in the same place if I were do the work myself which I normally do when the weather is good enough. I will be coming back if necessary!

I really appreciate the kindness, the guys professionalism and honesty whenever I leave my auto for repair. Please, continue this trend.

Very informative and polite. Always great to have someone to trust when it comes to servicing your car.

Cottman was efficient and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend their services, and if I have any other issues, without a doubt, I will be returning to Cottman. They are the epitome of what a car repair shop should be.

What a great experience. Clutch went out on my Honda Civic Si. They were able to find parts that save me hundreds of dollars. Had the work done in 3 days and the car is perfect. I will never bring my car back to the dealership. Awesome customer service.

Replacement of complete transmission. Job was complete within a few days. Great customer service.

I was totally amazed with the care I received from this group. I had a blown transmission and from the start when I dropped vehicle off to the finish they were kind, informative and patient. I have suggested them to MANY people and will never take my truck elsewhere for service. Greg was like walking in and an Angel being behind the counter but I called to check on my truck and a mechanic answered he was also kind and courteous!! I am totally grateful to Cottman.

I had work done on two vehicles their and I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing work done and if they are not able to fix it (not likely) they will get you in the right direction

Nice people that do a good job. I have an older car, and they went over all the options of the repairs they could make.

I was looking for a good transmission shop. I searched the internet for local transmission shops and read the reviews. Cottman had great reviews and even one of my coworkers recommended them. I called and talked to Greg and set up the appointment. They diagnosed my transmission and gave me a quote the same day I dropped the car off. I looked at the going prices for the work needing to be done and they were well below other shops. Greg was very helpful and honest. I gave them the ok to make repairs and in just a few days I had my car back running like new. I wouldn’t hesitate to take another vehicle there. They are my go to transmission shop. Greg and every one I talked to there were great to deal with.

This is a very reliable transmission shop. And will have you in and out in a reasonable time frame. They was very professional and had a sense of humor in a respectable manner. I will definitely be doing more business with these guys thanks cottmans!! Mustang Tony
