Countrywide Hearing Avis 

Countrywide hearing have been amazing through every step of the process. From initial consultation due to insurance claim to getting new hearing aids replaced due to not being happy with them.
Everyone I have spoken with have been friendly, helpful and informative.
Highly recommend them.
The supplier of said hearing aids were absolutely not on the same level however but will all be rectified due to helpful nature of the staff at countrywide.

The gentlemam who visitred me at home (Mr Ferris) ws first class.He was cheeful and polite. Hw fitted and testedmy new hearng sids in a thoroughly professionsl way. I wish I could say the same aabout SAGA and my telephone ecperience with them' iIt was like talking to a robot.I was passed from one extension to anpther as no-one seemed to know what to do

When I asked for my hearing aids to be adjusted I was told I they couldn’t do this as I had moved house from York to Portsmouth.
So much so for “Countrywide Hearing”
I was within the 5 year warranty but they just didn’t want to know.
No service whatsoever!

Staff at Countrywide were very pleasant, responded promptly to any questions I posed and worked quickly to organise a replacement for my lost hearing aid through a local audiology company who also proved to be excellent.

Every aspect of my communication with Countrywide has been exceptional, including with their appointed audiologist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on my experiences. Thom especially was very helpful.

From the time of my claim for a replacement for my
lost hearing aid, the whole process has been highly efficient and satisfactory. It has taken a short while to deliver and fit the replacement. The local Audiologist did a very good job of fitting and explaining everything. I am very pleased with the performance of my new hearing aids.
