the honesty and helpfulness of the insurance companies involved together with the audiologists was excellant. i am a very critical person of those who do a poor job but thos was outstandingly good.

I was surprised CWH were dealing with my claim, rather than insurance company. I honestly can't fault them it was smooth and easy. They dealt with all paperwork and liason with insurance company. Highly recommend them.

Hearing aid replacement
Very professional in their approach and sorted my claim out quickly and to my satisfaction. They were prompt and sorted out replacement hearing aids for my husband within 10 days from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Insurance claim for like for like hearing aids
Super quick service dealt with in one day having lost one of my aids, local hearing aid company was informed and home fitting was arranged my hearing reassessed and aids programmed perfectly by very efficient and skilful audiologist.
