Ordered Leather shoes 3rd of June after constant emails they finally arrived 33days later to my disappointment they weren't leather as advertised but some cheap rubbish 😕.I contacted the seller to send them back but was told I had to send them back at my cost too China first they offered 15%off then 20%off then 30%off What a scam company do not buy from this company Had to contact bank in the end they should be closed down for what they are doing Bad Bad Scammers.

I ordered what was supposed to be an aircon unit from what was a London shop. LIES , I sent 7 emails, asking for my money back , they said posted . Took nearly 5 weeks. What arrived was nothing like they were supposed to have sold me . I sent them email saying it was rubbish, they said I had to send back to China at my cost . I’ve told them I’m going through my bank to get my money back

ZERO STARS SCAM COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, unlike many my item did arrive(eventually) however the shoes are nothing like what was advertised. Cheap copies. As others had mentioned when l asked for a refund the return address was china and postage would have cost more than the value of the shoes.

After some negotiation l was offered a partial refund which despite several emails has not been forthcoming, doubt it will happen. Lesson learned.

Not even worth 1 star. Ordered 3 pairs of what were supposed to be designer shorts from a place that looked like it was London! Eventually came and definately not designer and cheaply made, not to mention oversized! Contacted them and they wanted to send an alternative size out at a cost to me. When wanting to return offered me a 15% refund, the 20%. Refused and said they needed to be shipped back to China at my expense. Absolute scam and looks like they have now taken their website down. Can't believe I didn't look at reviews beforehand. No doubt they will rename and be back up running to scam some more people

Not surprised by these reviews. Ordered a dress for a wedding weeks ago. Paid £50, still not arrived. Just went onto my confirmation email and non of the links work, I have been utterly scammed. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this site is a scam. They said they'd ship on 7th July have only just now shipped (14th July) absolute scum of the earth, avoid.

I placed my order for three pair of shoes and despite confirming transit time to the uk would be 1-8 working days my order has not yet arrived and according to tracking has not dispatched.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered a specific shoe size, but they sent me the completely wrong size. The leather is not good, and they look like plastic. When I contacted customer service, they refused a free return and instead offered a weak partial refund. If I want my full money back, they expect me to pay out-of-pocket to ship the shoes all the way back to a warehouse in China—something that was never disclosed on their website when I ordered. They make mistakes and then force the customer to lose money. Avoid at all costs! If possible, I would give them 0 rating.

My shoes are third rate at first class prices.i want a refund. They have made it impossible to get one.I thought they were in the uk

This is a ZERO star review - this company is a scam! I paid for an item which came in a size that would fit a hamster! They then tried to charge me further to exchange the item for another size! They are a bunch of thieves

This is the sort of business that needs 0 star absolute scam wish I would of seen the reviews. The products look good on the website but they send you low quality tat that looks nothing like what you order. It comes a month late and then they refuse to take returns and try to offer you 15 or 20 percent refund. Modern day thieves

If I could give zero stars I would. Items ordered 20 March and I still haven’t received them. I have contacted them numerous times and have never received a response. I would seriously suggest not placing orders with this business.

If I could have left no stars I would have done. Do not buy from this company. Products shoddy and they do not honour their returns policy, which says return to the Netherlands. Instead they try to get you to pay more, then offer various percentages of reduction, but refuse returns unless sent to China. Its an aliexpress reseller that ships direct from China. Basically rubbish. Save your cash.

Cheap dropshipped products from china. STAY AWAY! very difficult process to return

I ordered from this site, it took nearly a month to arrive and when it did I looked at the item and it was nothing like the picture that was advertised. When I requested a refund they said they could only give me a 30% refund and not the full amount and if I would like to send the item back I would have to pay for my own return fees which were suppost to be expensive

I eventually managed to get a return address to send a poor quality item back. The company informed that I wouldchave to pay for the returned item to China. The item cost £50, it cost me £23 to return. I email after 4 weeks to chase my refund to be emailed stating the item was held in customs and that I would need to make a payment of £14.13. I refused to pay anymore fees requested. Total cost for a poor quality item, which I return is still climbing

I strongly encoursge people not to purchase anything from this site.

Non delivery and EMAILS UNDELIVERED AS EMAIL ADDRESS DOE NOT EXIST. No response to emails sent to query why notified of delivery when no attempt at delivery has been made or attempted..... THIS SITE IS A SCAM

Returns are impossible and refund only a fraction of pricing.
