Due to access restrictions, your order was scheduled on a smaller vehicle. Unfortunately, that vehicle suffered an unexpected breakdown and has been off the road while awaiting parts.

Helpful, friendly staff even for small DIYers
I've been in several times for small quantities as a DIYer and office, counter and yard staff are always pleasant and helpful (I do go at end of day when they aren't busy with the trades people).
Great prices compared to the DIY superstores too.

Took an order for items they don’t have…
Took an order for items they don’t have in stock. Not only that called me in the morning to say my items were ready for collecting. Went to collect and apparently they don’t have them in stock. Not once but twice they had the chance to cancel that order before I got there. Not much help on site either just questioning why I wanted them.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occasion. This issue was down to a stock system error, which incorrectly showed the items as available and led to the order being taken and confirmed in error.
We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be contacted to say the order was ready, only to find it wasn’t available when you arrived, and we apologise that this wasn’t resolved sooner.

Deliver shenanigans
Due to the brick layer being a little tricky to lock down, I had to move delivery around a bit and the team at covers were very helpful and understanding.
