Great service with good communication about stock. Delivery was timely but some wood was damaged on arrival. It want make a difference to our project but it's a shame to receive damaged items.

A big thank you to Covers and Darren in the Kitchen Department for their excellent customer service. Our new Symphony kitchen is now finished and we are loving it. Beautifully fitted with care and attention by our kitchen fitter Mike Munroe (highly recommended).

Good but not perfect
Tree growth prevented the truck from getting on to the property but the driver very helpfully carried the planks down the road.
Couple of the planks were damaged and a couple were warped but others OK.

The confirmation of order from a human is always good annd the estimated delivery date was good too. The delivery driver was cheerful, helpful and efficient. Excellent service all round.

Really poor quality of wood at this time
I ordered a large amount of wood, and at least 1/3rd of it was full of splits, it’s pushed my production back, as I can’t use the poor quality that was delivered. I wished I’d gone to Wickes as about a month before also order wood of the same size and that turned out to be excellent wood.
