Crafted Meats Avis 

Two packs of venison sausages were not delivered. I have emailed you at least three times, submitted your contact form and phoned numerous times leaving a message as no one answers. Please contact me to resolve the issue.

My family have had 7 deliveries in past 2 years and overall experience was very good. The Pies are always superb, really packed with good quality meat. We compared with similar pies from two other butchers and Craft Meats were definitely best; no wasted space. 5*. Also fruit pies are packed with juicy fruit.
One curious anomaly is the pies seem identified by pastry symbols on the pie-crust, not names labels, which is confusing. Great selection of good fresh meat.

I order monthly. The quality of the food is excellent. Love the burgers, the steak, the bacon and deli meats are amazing flavours. The pie are also very good (Had a slight issue with pacakage as I have two pie that we crushed during delivery,(Would be 5 stars otherwise). The customer service has been good as well with prompt reponses.

I mean where do I start. Order £120 worth of food but there were missing consist of £41.
I have tried contacting them via Email, Facebook, Instagram and have left several messages asking if they could make contact to try and sort it out.
Surprise no one had been in contact so now started Chargeback from my bank due as a last resort as I cannot speak to anyone from the company.

Definitely would not use the company again just based on my own experience.

I’d give this company 0 stars if I could after my experience with my latest order! That said, I’ve ordered from Crafted Meats many times over the last few years and never had a problem until now.
Reading the increasing number of one star reviews for the company, my experience matches so many of theirs. I placed a £66 order with Crafted meats three weeks ago, received an E=mail to say it’s been “completed” and am still waiting for my food to arrive. I E-mailed them six days ago and have not had a reply, left four messages on their answering service and heard nothing - I just hope potential customers of theirs get to read all of these bad reviews before placing an order with them.

Ordered Ribs and Porchetta
All arrived on time beautifully and safely packed.
The ribs cooked up a treat easy to do and melt in your mouth gorgous.
The Porchetta, well beyond how we imagined the flavour of the stuffing through the meat incredible.

Very good quality meats. Throughly enjoyed all of it, although we haven't used the minute steaks yet! Will definitely purchase again. Very impressed with the produce, the delivery and packaging. Thumbs up here!

Firstly I have to say this is one of the worst experiences I have had. I received my order, to find that the Sticky Toffee Pudding was for 3 to 4 people when I order for 6 to 8 people. Then I found out that there was an item missing from the order, Three Jointed Chicken Legs 1KG. I contacted Crafted Meats who then told me that the Sticky Toffee Pudding for 6 to 8 people was out of stock due to valentine's day, and I would receive a refund. I have not heard anything about the Three Jointed Chicken Legs 1KG. I am still waiting for a response regarding the Three Jointed Chicken Legs 1K, and still haven't received my refund. I would have given 1 star, however there products are very good. In saying that I im now forced to find another online butcher, because I will not be using their services again, because of their poor communication and customer services. Be very careful especially if you are doing a dinner party as you may not get what you asked for.

Excellent delivery of quality meat products that I can have piece of mind of their origin and method of slaughter. Every is so fresh and has great taste.

First class service. My first order was lost by the courier, but it was no effort to replace this. I was also offered a full refund if I preferred.

There was no customer service and no one responded to my call, email or messages. I was very clear that I required the meat delivery on a Thursday, I made the online order on Monday and on my booking it said delivery on Thursday. I even made a note on the booking about delivery requirements and how to contact me if this would be an issue.

No one contacted me.

The meat did not arrive until Friday. I rang a number of times and emailed and no one replied to me.

The product was good quality which is why it is 2 stars rather than 1 or zero but as I had to find and purchase replacement meat on the day i needed it from another supplier with additional cost and lost time and stress I feel very let down and I would not use this company again or recommend them.

Their customer service lets down what could be a good business.

Having looked on Trust pilot after I ordered I see I'm not alone and I notice the lack of responses from Crafted Meats to other poor reviews, companies with good customer service tend to reply to negative reviews and try to resolve the problem.

Sent a handful of emails when days were going past. Never got a reply/ call or any sort of aknowllegement
Finally l had my money taken and meat not delivered. Funny not?

Very quick and efficient delivery. Very good quality produce.
Not all the produce was locally sourced - rabbit was from France which was very good but should say on website.
The meat was well chilled but not clear if it had already been frozen and hence if could freeze/re freeze.

Be aware....

Ordered my product which were great except 2 pasties (which are not cheap) were crushed and had to be thrown away.

Called Customer service 3 times, which is just an answer machine , left a VM's but they never respond.

Would not recommend ordering from here as if you get a problem with your order then don expect anything to happen.

I received three frozen rabbits all in various stages of defrosting. After a number of unanswered phone calls and texts I managed to contact someone. Who has given me a refund for one rabbit stating as requested by customer. No the customer want a full refund or three replacement rabbits, I obviously cannot use any of them

Good delivery and lovely game. No sign of steak pie and had to ask where it was. Got a pay pal credit a week later.
