Crafted Meats Avis 

Company was registered dormant 10th of January 2024 on Companies House (company registration number 13830973). Obviously I only found that AFTER failing to get a dispatch notification for a delivery which was due today. They have listed a 5 star Trustpilot score on their website, but it isn’t a link to here, so that is clearly false representation. Company phone line is permanently engaged, online chat function states no one is online. They have, however, taken money whilst dormant (which means they should not be trading). For that reason I have reported them to Action Fraud.

Funny seeing how the negative reviews seem mostly from 2024.

Happy to take money but not supply the goods. I wonder where the money goes…

Update 26/02/24: I initiated a chargeback through my bank (paid with a Mastercard Debit) on Sat 24/02. Provided evidence of call attempts, online chat screenshot (ensuring the website address and computer date and time were visible), and perhaps most importantly the Companies House status and doc that showed company was dormant. Also gave them my ActionFraud case number. It has been less than 48 hours since I challenged the transaction and I have the money back (though retailer has 45 days to make a case against my chargeback) . If you have been duped by this retailer I urge you to report to Action Fraud and challenge the transaction through your card provider with evidence similar to what I have described here.

Sad to have to give even one star. Do not use this company. They took £165 for my order and never delivered. Phoned don’t work . Disgusted actually

I placed an order on January 3rd. I have still not received it or had any further communication since receiving the order confirmation email. I have emailed twice and tried phoning (phone numbers do not seem to work). It was a large order for an event and so it is extremely disappointing not to have heard anything and has left me wondering whether this company is still trading?

Similar to others. Placed an order 5th January. Payment has been taken no meat has arrived. No response to messages email online FB etc..

I think this company must have gone bust, ordered from them a few years ago and everything was as expected.
Ordered a hamper last week and have not received a confirmation email, and tracking info, the online chat is unmanned, the phone number is dead, no one responds to emails or social media DMs. The online shop very much looks open and business as usual, but there is literally nobody there to complete orders or handle customer service. Do not buy anything from them, they are unable to fulfill your orders.

It seems this company has hit problems which is a shame as there are many positive reviews over the last few years, I really was looking forward to trying the produce but unfortunately i have had a similar experience to others no delivery or communication in the slightest except the order confirmation email. What annoys me most is if this company knows they cannot fulfill orders stop processing orders and taking peoples hard earned money. Awaiting a refund via PayPal, I would never consider ordering again.

Scam. Kicking myself for not checking properly before ordering - no delivery, no communication, number rings out. Will do a chargeback with the credit card company.

Placed an order that said would be delivered today. Had no despatch email or tracking from DPD. I have rung their contact number but unobtainable, messaged on messenger but no response & emailed with no response. Looks like never going to receive meat I ordered. Now trying to get refund.

No order arrived and money taken! They have charged my card and not bothered to send the produce.
Have emailed, called, send messages on Social media, used their Chatbot but have had no response back in over a week.

I think they may have gone out of business? No delivery as scheduled, no emails or other communication despite reaching out, no refund (but card charged when order was placed!) What on Earth is going on? Scam???

Same thing happened to me, ordered for Christmas, paid 10 for next day, it’s one week later and no communication from them or any signs that the meat will be delivered. Nonetheless. Klarna does not let me cancel the order, it has to be the company to cancel… Definitely scammers.

Placed order charged £10 for next day delivery.on 22/12/12, it was scheduled for 28/12/23...I figured it was just Christmas and moved on...no tracking ever sent. Nothing arrived. No response on phone, email, online message or Facebook. Avoid.
Claimed my money back through PayPal only received partial refund... disappointed.

I would say the customer service is bad! But instead it's none existent. I've order for next day delivery for my Christmas meat, it's a week later and still no meat. Now on Christmas eve I have to go shopping and pay again. DO NOT USE

Items not delivered, no tracking information. Phone numbers permanently engaged or do not accept calls. No response to emails. Do not order from this company.

Bought meat for xmas paid £59 for a good decent beef wellington. 7 dec. Paid £10 for next day delivery dpd. Still waiting for the delivery now. No answer when u try phone. No answer to my messages or emails. This is a scam of a company. Do not waste ur tome or money. I reported them to my bank

What a scam! I’ve paid my money and received nothing! This amounts to theft as far as I’m concerned! Impossible to contact them. Don’t buy anything!

If this company actually exists, DO NOT USE them. I ordered sausages for a community event and became suspicious that I did not hear from DPD about the delivery. The telephone numbers and email addresses don't exist it was no surprise that the delivery didn't arrive.
Any positive reviews about this "company" are likely to be false.

Order placed, never received. can't get hold of anyone. going through bank for refund

Have used Crafted Meats for a while now and have always been very happy and impressed with the products. Where they let themselves down is communication! I'm STILL waiting a refund and response regarding missing items on an order from 10th November no response to chases at all. This is now the second time I've had items missing from an order which is a shame because otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.

My order arrived with some things missing. Tried to contact Crafted Meats by phone and email. No reply to either. The meat I did receive was ok but not special and would not order again
