Delivery did not arrive on scheduled day.

DPD emailed me stating delivery would be the day after and that was an hour later than the scheduled time slot.

No answer to online chat/messages/emails and phone number unavailable!

When the order arrived there was no delivery note just a copy of my order invoice in the parcel and 2 items were missing with no mention of a refund!

Not tested the quality of product but they need to up their customer service!

Communication is terrible, the two phone numbers given were never answered

Order sent out 24 hours late and arrived 24 hrs after agreed delivery date with no communication, no response to numerous attempts to contact via email, telephone and Messenger. Total ignored request for refund as I had to order from another supplier having received no communications. Order was not as advertised, Turkey breast was not tied as shown and described on website, very poor butchering scruffy torn skin on breast , completely flattened pigs in blankets with sausage meat bursting out, split sausage meat roll . Finally email received 4 days later claiming order had been delivered! No acknowledgement of broken contract or attempt to apologise. No refund made despite numerous requests! Absolutely appalling, this business is just abysmal and as a 69 yr old cannot afford to lose over £50!

Never got my full order. Still waiting for reimbursement.

Two items missed off the order even though I was charged for them. They were slow to respond although they did then give me a refund.

I got a gift voucher as a birthday present form my team at work. Bought some delicious steaks and the XL wursts. Both were fantastic and the delivery was on time and for the day I had selected. Great service all round.

2 items were missing from my order, and you do not answer telephone calls or emails. I will never buy from you again.

Edit: Refund now received for missing items, with apologies, so as the meat quality is so good I've updated my rating to 4 stars.

Pork shoulder is absolutely great, proper quality meat. 1kg joints are perfect, being vacuum packed. Smoked gammon 3kg cuts into great joints, all good for the freezer.

Appalling customer service.
Worse than appalling. They advertise numbers and email address to contact in the event of an issue (in my case charged for products not received) the numbers don’t work and I must have sent 10 emails to no avail. I have no choice but to write an old fashioned letter to their office in the hope that something will be done. I’m not going to hold my breath…
There is nothing on earth that would induce me to use this company again.

Reported to crafted meats that there was an item missing from the order I received, I was promised a refund on the item which has never been received. The products are okay but would not fall over myself to buy again especially after very poor customer service.

We boiled one of the six hocks we ordered. We were terribly disappointed with the result The hock was verging on tasteless

I ordered from crafted meats as we had ordered previously and enjoyed the quality of the food. This time, however, I felt really let down.

Of the 9 items I ordered, 4 items were missing (despite the enclosed invoice suggesting the items were there present and correct!) and 1 was incorrect...I ordered black garlic oil marinaded chicken thighs and they sent plain ones.

They have taken my money, not given me the items I ordered and not replied to my email asking for a refund for the missing food. The phone number doesn't work either.

Looking at other reviews, my experience appears to be a common problem so clearly this company don't care about their reputation. I won't be ordering again and strongly suggest others take their custom elsewhere!

Please do not order from this company, they take your money and do not send the product out! You cannot contact them to resolve. Absolute embarrassment that this company is still up and running.

Over priced, late delivery and meat dumped in the box. No thx will never use again

Fantastic products. Never fails to excel.

I have supported CM for several years on the basis of supporting “local “ farmers. My latest delivery came from Bournemouth, not exactly local.
Also the so called Lamb Henry consisted of 2 tiny chops at the same price. Other items were also smaller.
I don’t like to be robbed!
I will not be ordering anything from you anymore.

Made an order that was never delivered. No response to calls and or messages. Taking legal action to recover money. Absolute disgrace!

You took our money and did not provide what we ordered. You have made no effort to return our money or provide the goods. All attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful. We should not need to face these difficulties.
Please return the money you owe us.
