Mark was fantastic helping us upgrade our older and slightly quirky heat only / tank system to a modern smart combi system. He gave us great advice when choosing the boiler and left a clean and clear site when he left. Our heating and hot water have now caught up about 25 years right up to date. Mark asked for feedback on how we chose him and gave us honest advice. he is not a pushy salesman. He does offer finance which was clear and straight forward. he has also given us advice for the future when we do more renovation work on the house which will save us a head ache. his final finish is exactly what we were after with provision for adding to the system without many headaches. I would definitely choose Mark again.

I’ve used Safe Gas for boiler servicing for the past four years and have always received an excellent service.

Safe gas responded to the boiler enquiry within three days and a quote promptly followed. The quotation was clear and any extras if required were also priced up on the quotation. Mark from safe gas turned up on the day that was agreed and worked methodically and safely. The installation took a day and a half to complete and this included the boiler commissioning.
I would not hesitate to recommend safe gas to any freinds.

We’ve appreciated him being flexible in finding a slot to fit around decorators or our working schedules. We’re relocating out of the area soon but hope to find a new plumber as good as him!
