Reliable, helpful, punctual and tidy

We could not turn our oven off and was told by Transco that we had to turn the gas off at the mains which meant we did not have any heating. Mark was able to come the same day and disconnect the cooker and make it safe and then get the central heating going again. We have used Safe Gas H&P previous to install new boiler, replace bathroom suite etc. and will use Mark again in the future.

Had a problem with our new washing machine installed this evening. Mark very kindly agreed to come out immediately (despite just getting out of the shower and about to have his dinner)! Was here within 10 minutes and fixed the problem which took him 5 minutes to fix. Mark refused to take any money for his time. Highly recommend, great guy! THANKS MARK!

Mark is a genuine find for us as he did a great job of installing a brand new boiler (which was suggested by him to fit our needs) and taking out the old boiler and relocating the new one. He also removed our old hot water tank and took everything away with him. We will definitely be using Safe Gas for any future work.

Mark is a brilliant, reliable and professional engineer. Appointment was sorted quickly. Had all the correct PPE, which is very important these days. He also looked at the radiators and the thermostat for me, which is something that is not included in the boiler service. Highly recommended
