Start ReportingCreditLadder is the first & only way to report your rent payments and improve your credit position with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion & Crediva.
Signing up to CreditLadder is simple and only takes a few minutes. Register your details and once completed, connect your bank account to provide CreditLadder with read only access. You keep paying your rent as you do today - CreditLadder does not collect your rent.
Each month CreditLadder will match the rent payments you have made to your landlord or letting agent through the secure bank connection you’ve created. This information is then shared with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion and Crediva and will appear on the respective statutory reports.
CreditLadder has been reporting rent payments since 2016, is regulated by the FCA, and has reported over £1bn in rent payments.
CreditLadder has also been recognised for its work by the Government, when HM Treasury announced it was the biggest winner of their Rent Recognition Challenge competition.

CreditLadder recommended!
CreditLadder has been a great service to boost my credit history especially given that I started from scratch with no prior credit. The fact that I can have my rent payments contributing to my credit score is useful for future plans. The experience was easy to use and I have no problems with reporting. I receive monthly updates about my reporting, after each month's rent payment. If you are a young professional trying to build a credit history for future mortgages, please consider using this service.

To be given a hand up the ladder, to rebuild your life after a debt event, which seems to hang around like a bad smell even when you’ve cleared your debt, feels such a relief. The other options seem to entice you to get into debt to demonstrate you can manage debt seems entirely wrong.
