The Company are always very helpful, and extremely quick to respond to any queries. Theresa who I mainly deal with explains everything, which makes things so easy when dealing with Clients.

If I could leave a lower star rating I would, we opened a small cafe a year ago and we were quite wet behind the ears on what’s required, anyway had a meeting with croner and felt bullied into signing up, without full information, firstly we signed up for five years when we only had a 3 year lease on the property, also we found out that we weren’t legally obligated to have this insurance if you have less than 5 employees of which we weren’t informed about, after a long drawn out back and forth and then refusing to cancel we agreed to a one year contract and that’s it. But now they have done an automatic renewal saying we should have cancelled, we had no email informing of the renewal just from the bank saying x amount will be coming out of the account, called them numerous times explaining the whole situation but haven’t heard a thing so it’s still ongoing. Also have had members of their own team agreeing that this is wrong. Avoid at all costs
