Superb experience with Cronin Wall from start to finish. They are second to none on professionalism, efficiency, advice, knowledge and an overall excellent approach in how they do business and deal with people. Having dealt with them for many years in particular, Leanne, Joanna, Amelia and Shay, I could't find a single negative to report and think you'll struggle to find a better service elsewhere which is a rare find these days.

Not living in Cork I needed a reliable agent to look after my property in Castlemartyr. Cronin Wall have been doing this since 2019. Good communication and helpful staff allowed me to relax as I was confident everything was being taken care of in the correct manner. When I decided to sell the property I appointed Cronin Wall to act as my auctioneers handling the sale. The sale is now complete and I was more than satisfied how the process was handled. I have been dealing with Cronin wall since I bought my house in 2002. Some years later I rented it out. Cronin Wall guided me through all the steps to become landlord & they got me tenants who stayed almost 9 years. I never had a change over of tenants. They did bi-annual house inspections for me. Anything I needed to get done was dealt with quickly by their own trades people & I was never put under pressure to sort invoices straight away.
I just completed the sale of this property. Aine & Leanne gave me great advise & called to go through what they felt needed to be cleared & jobs to do in order to achieve the best sale price. I took on board all their advise & it went exactly as they said. They paid great attention to detail in staging it for me for the photos & viewings. ( I almost changed my mind when I saw it done by them :-)
However my 5 stars in this review goes to Leanne. She has been my main point of contact with almost 10 years. She has always been so professional & was great to give me advise no matter how big or small my query was. She reassured me especially when going through the selling process to trust them & if I was nervous or losing patience would always put me at ease. It was sold very quickly & am delighted with Cronin Wall & their team.
