Crown French Furniture Avis 

The people at Crown French are nice people to deal with, the problem they have is the stock the receive if and when, I had to wait months for the 2nd item and asked them not do deliver the 1st until they had both, in fairness they did get both pieces out of a later consignment which ensured a perfect colour match, and now we have the furniture we are very happy, sorry for the 3 stars if we had received the furniture much sooner I'd have given a full 5 stars.

Dressing table chair purchased at a very good price telephone order the gentleman was so helpful .

2 months later no order received no replies to my emails, they are very very helpful and polite untill they’ve got the money out of you and then that’s the last you will hear from them….SCAM COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!! They stole £1000 of my money and their sheer incompetence of delivering the item that I paid for is beyond bad. Lena, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to sort the matter out with them and then I was told they would keep 50% of my money but would resell my bed as they couldnt rectify their own incompetent efforts of trying to build the bed I ordered!!!! I had to get my own credit card company to give the remaining 50% (£1000) back to me so that I was not out of pocket when I finally gave up giving Crown time to sort their mess out (almost a whole year!!!!) Crown are now £1000 in credit due to them stealing my money. I would not trust this company with your money!!!!

Makes me feel sick that I am thousands of pounds out of pocket. As they went into administration Christmas 2022. Same person Tamer, still works they - he was the one who consistently lied and took my money knowing full well that the order would never be fulfilled. REFUND ME MY MONEY TAMER. I’d advise any new customers to order elsewhere, it’s disgusting how they have treated their loyal customers and they can do the same to you too. UPDATE NOW CROWN FRENCH FURNITURE ARE TRYING TO GET MY REVIEW REMOVED VIA TRUST PILOT - BE WARNED. I CAN SEE THAT MANY OTHER TERRIBLE REVIEWS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY REMOVED FROM TRUST PILOT.

Efficient and friendly service and a great product.

Product is lovely but we've had to modify it to get it properly fitted to the bed. Also, delivery time was very long; so much so that i thought we may have been the victims of online fraud!!

The bed is beautifully made, it is great value for money, well worth waiting for. The communication & the service was good.

Excellent communication from Crown French, there was a slight delay but we were kept up to date. The bed is lovely, but did need a bit of 'persuasion' to come together!
Delivery firm was ok, they did turn up alot earlier due to half of their delivery list not being uploaded. Fortunately I was last on the list that was loaded and my bed was delivered. Not the fault of Crown, but a bit of a comedy of errors.

We had a problem on the arrival of our new furniture, the service and speed of delivery was really good but we realised that firstly one of the chairs was badly damaged and also they were too big to go under the table. They did honour a refund after giving them a gentle phone reminder and took the chairs back in good time for Christmas. The table is perfect and we bought smaller chairs to go with the table which have been fine. They were courteous and helpful all of the time.

Very pleased with our purchases. It took rather longer to arrive than anticipated but worth the wait.

Happy Friday - dropping off a review because I only found the Trustpilot feedback after I'd ordered my bookcase, and I was on pin and needles about the outcome of my purchase after reading some of the comments here. Everyone's experience is different, but I can say mine was excellent: the product arrived when it was estimated to, delivery was prompt, polite and professional, and the bookcase itself is solid, beautiful and well-crafted.

I can't speak for long-term endurance, as if I've only just received it, but it's lovely now, and I was pleased to find the colouring was very, very true to the picture on site (this can be a problem with wood items sometimes). I tend to ask a million questions about the particulars of an item before purchase, and communication was both prompt and patient.

First item arrived in the warehouse damaged and wasn’t fit for delivery they quickly ordered me another sideboard which I’ve just taken delivery of
The delivery guys where very helpful and checked the unit over they found packaging nails which would of damaged my floor
The side board if of very good quality and I would Gladly order from this company again

We ordered and have just received a Louis French 6ft headboard. We are delighted with it. We had painted our bedroom furniture with a Farrow & Ball colour and were surprised and happy that we could have our headboard painted in the same colour. We couldn’t be more delighted with it. Absolutely love our Alexander French Cane Louis XV bed from Crown French. Took a bit of time to arrive due to supplier issues but it was absolutely worth the wait. The quality and workmanship is fantastic. Also really appreciated the sales team who were warm, knowledgable and clearly took pride in their products.

My radiator cover is beautiful but it was a very long processing time

I ordered a custom made super king headboard and whilst it took a long time from ordering to arriving (5 months) for various reasons, they were good at communicating and the result was exactly as I wanted. Very happy customer.
