CTW were magnificent supporting the purchase on our first home. Ryan was the lead on our case and went above and beyond to ensure we met our quite ambitious deadline. The whole buying process was pretty tasking for us, our first property fell through and the second property had some additional issues around the lease and sellers solicitors, despite these challenges, Ryan was thorough, polite and patient throughout. The team at CTW were also efficient and highly communicative.

Buying your first home can be a very daunting process, yet from the start, we knew we were in safe hands with Ryan. His professionalism was top tier and he was constantly on the ball.

Very disappointing communication throughout the early stages of my transaction. I received very few updates and often felt unclear about what, if anything, was happening with my case.

I was also disappointed to discover that my matter had been allocated to a conveyancer rather than a solicitor, as this hadn’t been made clear to me when I instructed the firm. My interactions with the team didn't give me any confidence that my purchase would be handled proactively or that communication would improve as the transaction became more complicated.
I have therefore decided to instruct another firm. Buying a property is stressful enough, and the lack of communication at such an early stage made me concerned about how the later stages of the purchase would be managed. Spoke to an 'Oliver' who was extremely rude and shockingly we were told to go to someone else anyway and that the £198 collected at the start is for "opening the file". I imagine I will have a fight on my hands to get this money taken for doing nothing - but I'll make sure to escalate this as high as it'll go.

I cannot thank Andrew & Harvey enough, they were brilliant throughout the whole process. Particularly in what was a very frustrating chain, their communication and readiness to get it resolved were greatly appreciated.
