Would thoroughly recommend Dhruvit Patel at the Allington office. We had a very long and difficult house sale/purchase with several breakdowns of the chain below us and delays in gaining probate so we could purchase our new house. Dhruvit was calm, patient and professional throughout - answering our many questions and putting our worried minds at rest. Paperwork was delivered and dealt with promptly and he chased up other (less efficient) solicitors when necessary. We were so impressed by him, my husband’s family used him when selling my late mother-in-law’s property too.

Charlie Kitchener dealt with the sale of my home and was amazing throughout! She was efficient and kept me updated with the progress. A massive thank you to both her and Kirsty McMahon who made the whole process a breeze

Useless, incompetent, avoid with a barge pole. Even if Charters estate agents recommend them. I can’t imagine they would know how to organise a piss up in a brewery since they can’t seem to understand the process for a straight forward house purchase.

Jessica Murphy at your Dartford branch is a credit to your firm! We have just exchanged after many unnecessary delays at the bottom of the chain. She kept us updated throughout the process via email, was very professional and explained things to us which made us feel at ease as our sellers estate agent only considered themselves "middlemen" so getting any new information from them was more trouble than it was worth. But Jess was fantastic from the start and managed our expectations really well and didn't give us false hope. I really felt like she understood our needs and was able to let us know if they were unreasonable whilst remaining professional.

I cannot thank Jess or her team enough for her/their hard work to get this matter over the line.

A special shout out should also go to her colleague Aastha (another 5* colleague); when Jess was on annual leave (no issues here) I called late in the day and asked to speak to a member of her team as the locum had gone home and at the time we desperately needed some documents to be emailed to us. Aastha was busy and I did not leave a message but she returned my call (as it turned out she had only just missed the call) and sorted my issue which was completely above and beyond my expectations as I didn't leave a message and was not her client. The teamwork shown was amazing and she too is a credit to the firm.

Good experience with CTW Dartford, big thank you to Amanique Ghag and the team. I will say the main phone number given on correspondence was unhelpful as I had to leave a message and rarely got a response when I did, the direct line given on her email signature was much better.

Incredibly delayed, took 6 months for no chain. They were overpriced and rude to me at certain times. Could not recommend them less.

I had to hand them information, they blamed every other party in the transaction apart from themselves, incredibly disappointing.

My only criticism is not regarding Lisa, it concerns the way emails are labeled. All emails have the same title which makes it difficult to find what you are looking for and you have to open each attachment to find out.
It would also have been helpful to have received hard copies of large multi page documents.
