Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience with Mark and Stacy and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
When I first looked into getting a Party Wall Agreement with my neighbours I was a little confused about what we actually needed and I worried about how it would affect our building works. After reading the great reviews online I called Mark and he immediately put me at ease. He gave me great advice and was also informative, patient and so responsive throughout the whole process. Our planned extension was time sensitive so Mark and Stacy did their best to accommodate us and completed the inspection and report within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Cubit Party Wall Surveyors. Don’t hesitate to pick up the phone to them, you won’t regret it.

Personable & affordable service
I'd contacted a number of surveyors, some of which never came back to me & others that were very expensive. Worrying that I didn't fully understand the process & mistakes could be costly I asked the architect if they had any advice. They referred me to Cubit Party Wall Surveyors who were very reassuring, clear in their explanation & very affordable. They got straight down to the task & everything was resolved in under a week! I think it may help to have a down-to-earth surveyor contacting the 3rd party too, more personable and less corporate. Thank you Stacy & Mark for all your efforts, it was much appreciated.
