You guys sent me the wrong cue...it was the correct style design but yall didn't send me the correct dimensions. I clicked on 11.8mm shaft and 3/8x10 joint. Y'all sent me the standard promo dimensions from the website. I like to keep all of my cues with the same dimensions so I can interchange the shafts and now i have a black sheep that I can't do anything with.

Cue is fine but customer service isn’t
The cue is fine but the slow and step filled customer service made this a difficult purchase. Being that the company is not in the US, has no phone number you can call, or chat customer service available it makes for difficult communication and resolution of issues.

The quality is great

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service, quick and appropriate response to customer concerns AND a quality product...if anyone is looking to upgrade your cues to affordable, quality equipment, I recommend the Zluk player and the Evo breaker.
