Had to contact the CEO for my refund, even then i was contacted by a Mr Ranjeet to give my UPI ID for refund but it has been more than 10 days now and no reply from him too !

Despite multiple texts and innumerable pleases and requests. They give least attention to their customers after delivering. I am literally begging them for exchange of fakes pairs but they give deaf ears. And furthermore ask PAYMENT FOR JUST AN EXCHANGE!!!!!! Ridiculous

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding order #26032604494017 for ADG Parfum. It has been over a month since the order was placed, and I have yet to receive it. This delay is unacceptable, and the lack of communication has been very disappointing. At this point, I have lost confidence in their service and would like an immediate update or a full refund.

I placed an order (Mystery Box) on March 3rd, and over a month later, I am still waiting for a clear shipment confirmation.

The main issue has been the lack of consistency and transparency:

- Multiple promised timelines (“after the 21st”, “shipped by the 24th”, “next week”) were all missed
- I received contradictory updates — one saying the order was still processing, another saying it was nearing customs
- Most responses have been vague or automated, with no concrete shipping commitment
- Calls have gone unanswered, and follow-ups have not been properly addressed

To be clear — I am not asking for a refund. I want the product I paid for.

However, at this point, I expect:
- A confirmed shipment date
- A valid tracking number
- Clear and consistent communication

Delays can happen, especially with sourcing and logistics, but the lack of accountability and clarity is concerning.

I am still hopeful this will be resolved properly, but based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious unless communication and fulfillment improve significantly.

Not at all worth the hype that was excpected from the Mystery box,
Items are not even worth 10k forget about 21k.
As usual it almost took 45 days to get the items delivered yet,nothing in the mystery box.

I wish i had not bought this,as a customer one should always feel whatever they get it should always be worth.

I wont recommend to any ofmy friends or family regarding this website and moreover they are just displaying wrong MRP on most of the product.

Ordered a mystery box on 4th march, with order ID 26030420142075 and since then—nothing. No updates, no tracking, no communication whatsoever. It honestly feels like my money has just disappeared into thin air.
Customer support is basically non-existent. No replies, no accountability, no sense of urgency. For a platform that takes payments so quickly, the complete lack of service afterward is shocking.
At this point, it feels less like a shopping experience and more like getting scammed. Zero transparency, zero professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to stay away unless you’re okay with losing your money and your sanity.

i have order a watch from the website and got a defected one and top of that it was pre owned and the website didn't mention that at the time of purchase. When I tried to return it the coustomer care is not very helpful and rejected my return and I never got a solution to it.

Seeing the craze of Rhode all over the world I wanted To have a particular shade of rhode tint but when you want something as early as possible universe have its own plan

Later on as I had a unboxing video they allowed me an exchange and received the shade

Worst decision of my life to buy anything from culture circle. I have been waiting for my product since 2 months with no response from the customer service, after continuously mailing them and contacting them I received a mail stating that my order has been shipped but now when I am checking it has been cancelled by the merchant, I am just disappointed with the website as it’s the most conveniently fraudulent thing I have seen.

Been on shark tank made it a little authentic but the experience I will not recommend a single person to even surf this stupid website.

Worst service with the culture circle, I ordered nb 9060, they looked not finished. Glue all over. I ordered around 25th feb.
Two more items were supposed to be delivered along with the same, 3rd march was the delivery, till 15th no idea.
Never go with them.

I placed an order for the mystery box and i see that the order is getting delayed constantly when dropped an email to support i see that the email address doesn't exist. The support chat is basically AI based which doesnt help.Trying to follow up with the team and it’s basically zero to none. Typical case of over promising and under delivering.

I ordered a nike reactx for my wife. it showed instant delivery . i order on 5th March pre paid, and i have not received the product till now. infect now they say we are sourcing this from abroad and ll take 25-30 days.
they are not replying to my mails , no instagram replly. custom care literally blocked me. biggest liars on earth.

Absolutely terrible experience with Culture Circle. They take your money upfront and then keep you waiting for two months with zero meaningful updates. After all that time, they suddenly say the order is “not possible.”

So basically they hold your money for months and then cancel without delivering anything. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scammy way to use customers’ money as a free float.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Culture Circle, be very careful. Long delays, no transparency, and ultimately no product.

I was so nervous to order Yeezys online because like you never know, came in original packaging, completely sealed and they are definately authentic , the quality and the foam everything is exactly what real pair feels like, it was in a way stress free i received the tracking on the 3rd day after placing the order.
