Coffee arrived a few days after order. Would have liked an dispatch email. Coffee arrived in good condition but tape around the box had come away leaving box open. I ordered filtered instead of beans by mistake. Definitely my mistake but would have liked it to be clearer. I will definitely order from Cuppaco again.

Excellent and affordable service

I had visited a cafe and had a herbal tea which was out of this world! So I asked the cafe if they sold this tea, which they did but I thought it seemed a little expensive. So I searched on the internet and found cuppa Co.com and their prices were fantastic so I took a chance and ordered securely using PayPal and within 2 days my order had arrived. Superb service..would recommend anyone to use them as I shall do so from now on :)
