Really happy with the beautiful…
Really happy with the beautiful curtains I ordered. They are well made and arrived in the time frame expected (there was a delay at the end but that was the couriers’ fault).
A much better experience all round than with the other online curtain company I used. Highly likely to use this company again.

Ordered curtains on 16/5/21
Ordered curtains on 16/5/21. Order was for over £1,000. Was told two weeks ago delay due to additional fabric required due to matching pattern repeat. On their site it stated order would be ready by 1/7/21. This had now been changed to 8/7/21. With no reason why. No response to my email asking what is happening to my order which was made 8 weeks ago. Extremely disappointing as I ordered with this company because Trust pilot reviews were positive

I am so sorry for not replying to your emails on the 02/07/21. We were waiting to get a definite answer from the workroom, as we had every confidence that it would be ready on the 02/07/21.
We should have sent an email to acknowledge your emails as a matter of courtesy.

Lovely curtains, great quality
Lovely curtains, very happy with the quality and that the material I wanted was available. Arrived in the expected time window, and I was given notice that they’d arrive (plus noticed that the box had a sticker on it for the delivery man, saying not to leave it outside! Wise). Well priced too.

DELIVERED LATE - Fabric great as I knew it would be, as it was Moons and I had seen samples.
The fabric was great thanks as expected of Moons, but despite being advised the item was in stock at the suppliers, at the time of purchase and that it would be delivered within 5 days, it transpired that the fabric was not in stock. Delivery was delayed and it ultimately took 20 days. As it was a fairly time critical project this was really irritating as I could have ordered elsewhere. It seems to be a trend 'to state in stock', when its not, with fabric suppliers at the moment.

We are really sorry for the delay.
The error was with our suppliers who did not process the order when we initially sent it. As a result the fabric then became 'out of stock'.
Had the fabric been out of stock when you placed your order we would have let you know.
The fabrics we list are current fabrics. Occasionally fabrics are out of stock but we will let you know at the time you place your order. Placing an order for fabric when it is out of stock guarantee stock is allocated to you once it comes back into stock.

Excellent service and lovely curtains
I ordered from this company after a helpful telephone conversation with them regarding the measurements and options for the curtains.
Delivery was prompt (5 weeks from order as stated).
We are very pleased with the quality and fit of the curtains. They are the right length which is great as they are floor to ceiling within a bay.
We were especially pleased that they were already pleated to the length of the curtain track and had hooks fitted.
I would happily use the company again

Fantastic service!
Emails were answered promptly and in a very friendly way. Orders were dispatched quickly and came in good condition. Prices are very competitive which is what attracted me to this particular company initially.
The only room for improvement is the website - it is confusing to navigate and could use more product photos.

I already had 3 cushions for the…
I already had 3 cushions for the conservatory, liked them so much wanted another 3 for the sitting room. unfortunately the company I purchased the first three from could not supply anymore. whilst twice the price for a cushion cover wanting to complete the set I purchased three from yourselves. Two matched the other was taken from a different part of the fabric, At thirty pounds a cushion I would have thought they would have invisible zips. So NO I am not impressed.

It is not always possible to get each cushion to pattern match but where possible we do. Our cushions do have hidden zips, if this is not the case with your cushions please let us know and we will rectify this issue.

Excellent. Samples initially ordered to assess colour and quality of material (exactly as needed) and were subsequently ordered. Price very competitive and delivery was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
