I have recently bought fabric to recover a large chair. I found exactly the right fabric, colour and above all, quality at Curtains Made Simply. The service was fast and efficient 5*

Brilliant curtains when recieved this week but originally ordered on the 16/7/20. Explained on the 22.7.20 fabric delayed until the 12.08.20. Fabric didn't arrive till the 26/8/20 after chasing. Then on the 4/9/20 was inspected and found to then be faulty! But would be sorted within two weeks - wasn't ready until the end of last week(25/09/20 and I could not take delivery until Tuesday of this week. Sarah Thomas was my link person and was brilliant and despite telling me the manager/boss would be in touch this never happened! The trusted shop guarantee which is given out isn't worth the bit of paper as automatically cancels when you should have your delivery! If you need to chase keep hold of the person's name and speak to that person each time as stories change! All this hassle impacts on how you feel especially when a treat/something you have worked hard for.

Fabric arrived promptly and in good condition at excellent price.

From the moment I rang to ask about the fabric I needed, to the moment it was delivered 3 working days later, I was very impressed with the helpfulness and service provided by this company. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

The curtains were a disaster, short curtains with an easy floral pattern to follow. The hems were uneven, by up to a inch. They were sent back, I had a phone call from a senior staff member to find out what was wrong. This had already been extensively dicussed with another member of staff, who was extremely helpful. The curtains arrived back 'fixed' except they were not, even more of a disaster than the first time. They were sent back again, requesting a refund. I was contacted again by a senior member of staff who wants to attempt to rectify the problem again. I made several requests for a refund, mostly ignored but one received the comment that He wanted to look at the curtains first. I spoke to mae Solicutor who suggested that I looked at taking out a claim against this company in the Small Claims Court. I am a pensioner, not wealthy, so almost £300 is a lot for me to lose. KEEP CLEAR OF THIS FIRM - THEY ARE RUBBISH!!!
I Completely stand by my review and find the comments posted differ to what actually hsppened. The owner of this company wil just Not accept the curtains were Rubbish!!!!! I have retained All text messages, emails and receipts.
Furthermore I Do Not Appreciate being Pestered by this man sending an email trying to explain his failings. I expect TrustPilot to put an end to this haressment!!!
