Custom Curtains Avis 

We recently ordered a pair of Turin Sky blue curtains for our large bay window. We were nervous about ordering and getting it all right but I spoke to customer service who were more than happy to help and advise.
The quality and finish of the curtains I couldn’t be happier with and I’m so glad we went for it. For £9.99 you can give yourself peace of mind and insure the curtains if you accidentally measure incorrectly. Great service!

The blinds look amazing! We have windows larger than the fabric width, the pattern has been matched equally on both sides and very neatly out together. They are well made and the guide to installing them was very clear! Thank you!

I ordered a curtain pole which was dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery was next working day.

Good quality curtains and quick delivery. Rather expensive though. Was disappointed over customer services, who wouldn't allow me to use my 10% discount offer, even though it was my first order, felt it was a disingenuous offer.

Your curtains are great but unfortunately your delivery company of choice dx was not great. Missed delivery day and then seemed to try quite hard to avoid apologising. Whole day of leave wasted waiting despite being told it would arrive and then package delivered the next day as if nothing was wrong.

Well made of good quality materials. I sent the window size and the curtains were a perfect fit with sufficient allowance to form a lovely pleat.

Order a sample before buying ! Web pictures show completely different colour to samples. Curtains are of good quality as you would expect at this price.

Ordered my blind on the 30th August with an estimated despatch of 15-17 working days. It is now the 26th October and I still have not received it. Surprised to see recent reviews to say that their blinds/curtains have been received on time or early. I sent one email early October to find out where my blind was and was told that it would be despatched w.b. 12th October. I sent a further email on the 19th October to ask again where it was. Received a reply to say that they were looking into it and have heard nothing since. You have a considerable amount of my money and have not provided me with a product. My little girl cannot move into her new toddler bedroom without this blind. I appreciate times are uncertain for businesses but this has been poor service all round.

Awful experience from start to finish. Ordered my first set of curtains at 160cm wide and arrived at 135cm, after various conversations they could not explain what formula they use on each of their curtains.

Luckily I had the insurance on the order so ordered my next set at 200cm expecting them to arrive at 150-170cm even though they still couldn’t tell me exactly what width the curtains would arrive. It got worst after this when the curtains arrived at 200cm so god knows how they actually work out the curtain width from the pole length you enter, no consistency at all!!

Thought about complaining again but the poor service on the phone wasn’t even worth my time.

My curtains arrived on time and I'm pleased with the material and quality of their manufacture. However I am disappointed with the lack of fullness in the curtains. For the price paid, I expected more fullness as they look skimped.

Great product but longer than I would have liked to recieve.

The samples before I ordered the curtains were really useful. The website was easy to use and the Customer Service advisor I spoke to about the curtain measurements was informative and helpful.

Beautifully made curtains that fit perfectly. Packed carefully in sealed plastic so they did not crease during the delivery process. I would recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation.
