Custompetcollars Avis

I’ve ordered from yourselves before and have been very satisfied with the collars. Customer service is very good.

Great products and good customer service. I particularly recommend the personalised dog collars as mine used to lose her tag on a regular basis!

Great collars, so well made. delivery very good the purchasing of these items so simple.

Having been told no one produced dog collars with names and contact info I was delighted
when i came across your web site.
I ordered 3 collars and leads straight away
I am thrilled with the new collars and leads and think your product is great and service
really customer friendly. The collars are good strong quality ,colours striking and the script clear.
Thank you

Collar and leads arrived promptly and great quality. Wilf has now grown enough to fit the collar and has found it comfy from the beginning.

I expected to wait long time to receive the collars but they came quickly. The colours are lovely and bright. I had one pink and one blue for my two Yorkshire Terriers. I had my telephone number embroiderd on each collar . Very happy with my purchase.

Quick delivery! Nice strong collar fits perfectly

Beautifully made collars and leads. They do take a while to arrive, but that is because they are custom made. The bamboo material is both soft and hard-wearing, the fastenings are good quality and they are overall very good quality.

This is the third time of ordering collars for Christmas presents. Easy to navigate site, prompt delivery, and excellent quality products.

Good selection of collars, impressed with the quality which makes them good value. Ordering was easy and the delivery was as per schedule. Very pleased with the purchase, in fact this is the fourth 🙂

Amazing quality! My dog, Zeus, loves his collar. It feels so lovely and the quality is just incredible, feels really durable and worth every penny! Customer service is also great!

Brilliant quality collars and leashes and it's lovely how they check up on your orders once you have received them. Great customer service. Would highly recommend

Lovely good quality products with exceptional customer service. Delighted with the personalised collars and matching leads. It was also the only site that makes collars big enough for newfies that can have a phone number stitched onto them! Will shop here again. Thanks 😊

Excellent service and very good quality collars. My dog loves to play in the woods, so having our details embroidered on his collar is so much better than having a disc which gets lost. Collars are very soft so suitable for all ages and come in lovely colours.

The collar I ordered is good value and quality. The embroidered phone number is very clear.
For the safety of your pet I would recommend all owners to get one of these collars

Really pleased. The collar I ordered is great. What a good idea to have the necessary details embroidered on. Good choice of colours and fonts. Comfortable for pup. I have several others that I bought for my previous lovely boy, Bertie, who we lost in 2020, and have always been pleased. Good service too.

Used these collars for years. Excellent quality. All my dogs have them.

Ordered a collar, which was mis-delivered & these people refused to submit a missing parcel claim to Royal Mail, telling me that was my responsibility.....

Sadly Royal Mail will ONLY accept a missing parcel claim from the SENDER.

So effectively I paid this company for nothing in return.

Their "customer service" is a shambles. Would NEVER deal with them again.

Great collars that last. I love that there’s space for pet name and a phone number which saves adding a name tag. Soft and flexible

I purchased a collar for my six month old puppy. It's a beautiful collar. Soft and gentle enough, yet very serviceable. It's extremely well made. Good, strong, quick release buckle and D ring. With the added bonus of the buckle being engraved with his necessary details. Cuts out the need for a disc, which can easily drop off. Can't recommend enough.
